It was a combined session for students of both Mumbai and Bengaluru campus. Mr. Chirag Dixit from Bloomberg showed how to navigate the Bloomberg portal to get best benefits out of it. Students can enroll for a self-paced e-learning course Bloomberg Market Concepts (bmc) using the portal that introduces students to the financial markets. The students can complete their bmc certification by participating in proctored examinations after the course.
Ms Srija Bose introduced the speaker for the session. Ms Sheela Krishna started the session by giving few examples of peer pressure and its impact on mental and physical health of people. According to her, peer pressure is something inevitable and as human beings all of us would have faced it at some point of time in life.

Workshop: Handling the inevitable (Peer pressure)-
Dr Savitha introduced the speaker for the day. Dr Rahul Mehrotra is the director and head non-invasive cardiology at Max Super speciality hospital, New Delhi. His session mainly concentrated on holistic health which can be achieved through meditation. According to him, meditation improves body, mind and soul. He also discussed about what Plato and Socrates defined holistic health.
Mr. Krishnan guided the students on managing oneself and managing stress.
