Presbyterian College School Assessment Plan (Part 1)
Every year, the school of pharmacy evaluates the program outcomes of our school of pharmacy in a variety of ways to answer 7 key questions:
1 How well does PCSP prepare graduates with foundational knowledge, affective learning domain, and clinical reasoning skills to practice pharmacy?
2 How well does the pre-APPE curriculum in PCSP prepare graduates successfully on their advanced pharmacy practice experiences?
3. To what degree is PCSP recruiting and admitting a diverse and quali ed student body?
4 How well does the PCSP co-curricular program prepare graduates to be self-awareness and as collaborators, leaders, innovators, professionals, promoters, and advocates?
5 To what extent is PCSP a positive environment and culture that promotes self-directed learning, professional behavior, leadership, collegial relationships, and collaboration?
6 How effective is the organization and administration of the school and college at fostering the ful llment of the institution's mission?
7. To what extent is PCSP recruiting, retaining, supporting, and mentoring faculty, staff, and preceptors who excel in their ful llment of the tripartite mission of the School?
Here are some of the experiential related items and their assessment for the 2021-2022 academic year (more will be shared in the next newsletter, too)
For any items marked as "commendable," we give ourselves a pat on the back and a big thank you to our preceptors! For any items marked as "needs improvement," we will work with our preceptors and students to help ensure these items meet the mark in the coming year We are very pleased at the performance of our students and the high quality of our rotation experiences!

January: APPE Preceptor evaluations released (May-Nov)
January 10-February 14: IPPE Spring-1
January-February: Class of 2024 APPE individual student meetings
February 28-April 21: IPPE Spring-2
February - March: IPPE availability requested for 2023-24
March: Class of 2024 APPE schedule released
March 16: Preceptor Workshop (Clinton, SC)
March 13-17: Spring Break (P1-P3)
April: IPPE schedules and assignments created
April 7-10: Easter Break (P1-P3)
April 30: All outstanding APPE grades due
May 1: Class of 2024 begins APPEs
May 5: Class of 2023 Graduation and Doctoral Hooding
June: Preceptor evaluations released (Dec-April)
Library Password Policy
Starting August 15th, user passwords will need to meet the following requirements:
Minimum password length of 10 characters
Must not include the username
The password must meet a minimum complexity score assessed by an industry-standard password strength checker tool
