"One of the NW finest all around rock guitarists, Robert is indeed a busy man nowadays. With his fingers wrapped around 3 marquee projects ( The Body Electric - a tribute to RUSH, ODark30 - folk rock based original music, and his own band, Robert Fowlers' Digital Chemistry - eclectic alternative instrumental and vocal based rock), he seeks "the road less traveled" in his search for a singular voice on his chosen instrument. A student of the guitar since 71', he turned professional in 86', playing in a number of top notch cover bands until making the transition to original music around 2004. Since then he has written, produced, and engineered approximately 100 or more songs for not only his own projects, but also several other local area artists. His own instrumental compositions have garnered international recognition and acclaim, several remaining top 10 for more than 12 weeks in their respective markets. Originally a student of the piano, Robert picked up his first guitar while attracted to the music of the Beatles. As he grew up, an eclectic mix of music, from Big Band, show tunes, and soundtracks, to fusion jazz, and early metal, molded a young player to be more than just a "one trick pony". Playing steadily in covers taught him the lessons only live playing can teach, a Fender Sales rep who saw him years ago remarked "he is one of the most disciplined players I have ever seen", "three nights of performances, not one mistake". While that may or may not be true, Robert has made a conscious effort to improve his skill sets over the years, and it is now paying off, as he is generally recognized locally as one of the best individual guitar stylists around the NW. His performances are technically brilliant, with a polished delivery, and yet, a heart that feels every note, every rhythmic turn of phrase, as an window to his soul, willing to bear it for his audience, honestly, and without reservations." The music Kyle TenEyck writes, performs and records is a mix of the past 40 years of his life. Influences are vast, from local bands Brass Tacks to George Jones, Frank Sinatra, Slayer, and Public Enemy. Kyle grew up in a small farming town in Upstate New York. A red Gibson Flying V that his mom bought for him was his first guitar. In 1993 Kyle joined the Navy in 1993, and was stationed in San Diego. While in Korea Kyle bough a bass and used that in studio on the USS Constellation. “I still play that same bass today. My band at the time played on the flight deck as we crossed the equator, in the hanger bay to 3000 people, and overseas in The United Arab Emirates. The opportunity to travel the world and play music with some amazing and talented guys was awesome.” He continued with his Navy buddies starting the band The Jellymakers, and made a mark on the 90’s San Diego music scene. “We got to open for Blink 182 once”. Kyle has grown from that kid that just made noise in his bedroom to a working musician Joining and starting different bands allowed Kyle to assume different roles and help him to find his musical voice. “Starting on guitar and moving to bass, and striving to learn as many instruments as I could, helped me to understand the connection each instrument has to each other.” Kyle is currently working full-time 9-5 job, working with 1950 Clothing Co, and just “retired” from hosting Open Jams nights for the past four years. In his latest band Fortune Takes Time with Joe Gibson and Josiah Derksen, he plays bass, acoustic and electric guitar and sings. The band, at any given moment switches instruments on stage. “We like to keep the audience guessing who plays what.” On his thoughts about the current state of music, Kyle said “We have a very cool music scene out here in the Molalla, Beavercreek, Canby and Oregon City area. Each band supports each other. I believe everyone needs to have one their songs on CD or MP3. Having my own studio has allowed me to work with and record some great local artists. I enjoy any artist that inspires me, and allow me to keep pushing myself in new directions.” https://www.facebook.com/fortunetakestime https://www.facebook.com/kyle.teneyck.5
Deborah Louie Deborah Louie identifies herself by saying “Music is not what I do, it is who I am”. From a young age Deborah immersed herself into the piano, loving not only the instrument itself but a wide variety of music genres with a strong base in classical. She quickly developed a love for what lay beyond the written music and at the age of 16 began to create the melodies she wished to share with those around her. During high school she began to experiment by submerging herself in Jazz bands, Concert Choirs, local garage jam bands and church musicals. She recalls writing the score for an all original high school drama on her way to finding herself and her style. Deborah’s musical resume consists of such accomplishments as vocalist for the Eugene Concert Choir, keyboardist for several bands including Country band “Bolt n’ Neal” and When Vanity Kills, contributing vocalist in Her Majesties and Synful Sirens. Most recently she has enjoyed being a guest keyboardist at Kevin Hahn’s Opal Studios for the all-female rock band Madame Torment’s new single “Everybody Hates You”. “Deborah Louie is an amazing person to work with. Not only is she easy to get along with, but she followed direction and nailed our complicated vision with little to no time to prepare. She added sophisticated intrigue, and immense talent to our song. We consider her our unofficial 6th band member!” - Erin Elizadeth, Lead Guitarist of Madame Torment. Deborah identifies herself more as a Songwriter than as a musician or performer. Her original compositions have always found a way to include classical elements, as well as melodic undertones and layered harmonies. She has been heard to joke that one day her music will find their way onto the Broadway stage due to the more ‘dramatic’ flair they usually contain. Currently Deborah’s future plans have geared up. She is reaching into new territory as she plans a late summer release EP of her original music featuring herself as both songwriter and vocalist. Featured will be “Run Red Riding Hood” which has been receiving radio play on Stations including The Infosub, Boston Rock Radio, Anarchy Radio and Portland Metro Records. Getting her songs out to fans and hearing the positive feedback of those hearing them for the first time is one of the best feelings she has said she can have. “It’s quite a treat when you can see someone singing along with something you wrote. Or better yet, when they tell you they could relate to the words you wrote. It confirms to me that this is indeed the path for me. I couldn’t be any happier as when I am sharing my music with fans and family.” When asked to quote one of her favorite lyrical lines from the coming EP was Deborah chose this lyric from the stirring ballad ‘It’s Raining Still’ “And until we meet, my soul will remain incomplete and until that time may come I remain undone waiting for the sun to shine again.” Other Titles included will be “Angels Fall”, “Ripping My Heart Out”, “Shattered”, as well as a few other surprises she can’t wait to release. While working hard in the recording studio with producer/engineer Matt Jefferson, Deborah has been promoting a campaign to help support the EP’s release. Music enthusiasts can help support and pre-order her EP at www.gofundme.com/DeborahLouieMusic You can find more of Deborah Louie’s music on her website www.DeborahLouie.com or Facebook at www.facebook.com/DeborahLouieMusic

Richard's love of music started early. He began picking out songs on his cousin's organ when he was 6 or 7 and his first “public“ performance singing was at 8 years old, for a parentteacher event at his school. Richard started playing piano in his early teens, learning with a chord book and watching other musicians. “I can remember during that time,” Richard says, “I had a cassette tape with some songs that had piano parts in it I really loved. I would put the tape player under my pillow and fall asleep listening to that tape.” Soon he was playing in a Pentecostal church with a full band. This experience paid off down the road. “I've played with a lot of musicians who really have a hard time just jumping in a playing a song they haven't heard before”, Richard says. “Every time I played at church, it was all improv. Very little practice, not really knowing what was going to happen. It was a real learning experience.” Richard has played in a number of bands over the years. His musical experience included gospel, country, rock and blues.
Ben Thomas, aka Benzo, is an American musician and songwriter, best known as the drummer for eight53. Other projects include The Hunt and Lace n' Whiskey. Benzo was born on September 26, 1980 in Salem, Oregon. He began learning to play the drums at the age of 3 by removing the pots and pans from the bottom cupboard and banging them with wooden spoons and spatulas. When he was 9 his mother noticed him mimicking the drummers in the local high school band during one of their performances and enrolled him in the junior high band. Before high school Benzo played in a local jazz band outside of school with other teen musicians, but was asked not to continue because the organizers felt that he was "playing too wild and aggressively and was going to break something." Despite his first rejection, Benzo continued playing all through junior high and high school never missing a single class. Benzo has never taken any formal drum lessons. Instead, he has learned from watching and listening to his idols like John Bonham, Dave Grohl, Gavin Harrison, David Elitch and Thomas Pridgen. Benzo joined eight53 in 2009.
Portland piano rock duo Eight53 have announced that Spin Doctors bassist Mark White will record tracks for Eight53’s new studio project.
Twiztid is an American hip hop duo from Detroit, Michigan. Formed in 1997, Twiztid is composed of Jamie Spaniolo and Paul Methric, who perform under the respective personas of Jamie Madrox and Monoxide Child. Spaniolo and Methric are former members of the group House of Krazees, which disbanded in 1997 a year after Jamie and Paul left. Twiztid performs a style of hardcore hip hop and have released nine studio albums, nine EPs, seven compilations, and one mixtape. September 12, 2014, InGrooves released its upcoming "New Release Packet" for October and it was announced that their new label will be called Majik Ninja Entertainment. Since their new label they have released albums such as A New Nightmare and The Darkness Prior to Twiztid, Jamie Spaniolo and Paul Methric were members of the hip hop trio House of Krazees, under the names Mr. Bones and Hektic, along with the third member, the R.O.C. The group released five albums before disbanding in 1997. After the split, Methric and Spaniolo sent a demo tape to Insane Clown Posse member Joseph Bruce (Violent J). The demo contained the tracks "2nd Hand Smoke," "Diemuthafuckadie," and "How Does It Feel?" Bruce was extremely impressed, invited Methric and Spaniolo to perform on 'The House of Horrors Tour', and signed them to Psychopathic Records. Before the tour kicked off, Bruce, Methric and Spaniolo decided on a name that they felt would fit the duo—"Twiztid". On February 7, 2014, at the Days of Dead convention Twiztid held a seminar and announced that they have started their own label. No name was given, but they said the label had already signed some artists with only one being announced; Blaze Ya Dead Homie. They said that they are wanting to give artists a chance, like they were given, that may not have had that opportunity. It is more than likely the label had already been started in 2013, and was finally announced at the "Days Of Dead Convention". In a mid April 2015 interview with NE-HipHop with Monoxide Child, he stated that Twiztid will take a backseat after 2015 to focus on the label roster. He also stated that they are close to releasing the label roster, and they will be siging 5 new artits, 3 from California, 1 from New York, and 1 from Detroit. He also stated that they will be working on their movie next year. On May 13, 2015 it was announced that Twiztid will be rereleasing W.I.C.K.E.D. through Majik Ninja Entertainment on a double blood red vinyl with only a limited edition of 2,000 copies being made. The vinyl release is scheduled for August 21, 2015. On July 6, 2015 it was announced that Twiztid will be performing the entire "Freek Show" album in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The date is unknown as of July 6, 2015. On July 16, 2015. it was announced that the 15 Year Freek Show Anniversary Show will be held October 21, 2015. On August 19, 2015 on Twiztid's official periscope page it was announced that they would not tour in the United States, but only in Canada in 2016, aside from their regular annual shows (GOTJ, Fright Fest etc.) to focus on albums, movies and other things with the label. At Crypticon Kansas City 2015 Sid Haig announced that he had just helped the group finish recording the 2nd half of The Darkness and that it will release before the end of the year. Twiztid's performance style is often described as horrorcore. According to Spaniolo, "Think of it as if there was a Halloween or Friday the 13th on wax and Jason and Michael Myers could actually rap, this is what their vibe would sound like." Spaniolo has cited Kiss as an influence. While Man's Myth featured a hip hop-oriented sound, Mutant featured a rock oriented sound. According to Spaniolo, "I've always wanted to do a Rock album and to date that was the closest thing to it we have ever done, so it holds a special place in my heart."

ANDREW CHERVAK ANDREW CHERVAK ( 2012, 2013 & 2014 LVMA WINNER- BEST MUSIC PRODUCER) has been active in the music industry for over 25 years. Andrew is also an accomplished singer, guitar player, and songwriter. He holds a B.A. in Performance Theater from Binghamton University. His studio experience began in the mid 90's when he cut his first serious recording at a studio in Hoboken NJ. Since then he has always been fascinated with how great songs and records are made from recording to mixing to final mastering. Andrew furthered his knowledge and training under the guidance of his mentor and now close friend Grammy Award winning / Multi Platinum Producer and Engineer Earl Cohen. Through Earl, he learned that there is a true art to mixing a great song. Andrew incorporates his knowledge, from the technical end of engineering to creating the mood and feel, into every individual piece of music. He never approaches a song the same way, believing that each is a unique piece of art, and that his job is to help the artist find its soul. “Music has always been a passion of mine. There was always music around me growing up. My Dad was an all-state tenor for his high school in P.A. I remember him playing all types of music on the living room stereo and singing in his church choir when we would go visit my grandmother. “ One of his strongest attributes that he brings to his clients is his depth of musical knowledge and broad appreciation of everything from Classical to Heavy Metal; Country to HipHop; Blues to Rock and Roll. He has produced and mixed songs from every genre of music. “I listen to all genres of music in order to find that “new sound” for my clients. I try to incorporate different genres into my current projects. My main goal is to give the artist/band that I am working with a unique sound that defines them, not just put out the cookie cutter mix that is the current in thing. One of the greatest things that I learned from my mentor is that you need to learn all the rules so that you can break them properly. I never approach a project the same way. They all have their unique qualities which is one of the reasons I love what I do so much.” “My studio is located in Phillipsburg , NJ. The building it is in was built in 1890. So needless to say we get some unexpected visitors and strange events happing from time to time. Even though I am based in NJ I work with clients from all over the United States. The internet has opened up many doors for artists to work with producers from all over. One of my next goals is to break into the international music market. “

Thus far, his musical journey has brought him to tour the country on several occasions, fulfill two record deals, and perform, write, produce and record with multi-platinum artists. Heart 2 Heart Farms Amidst the majestic Doug Fir, and nestled into a small bald-peak canyon, hides a quiet little place with a giant dream. Heart 2 Heart Farms, as they've come to be known, began just four years ago when a couple with a dream began their small Sherwood homestead in an attempt to unwind after intense military careers. They began raising their own food, using Permaculture-based methods and an environmentally aware philosophy, shaping their sunny little hillside to raise their own livestock, and grow the fruits and vegetables they'd need to sustain themselves, but that was just the beginning. At every turn they began meeting people who wanted to become self-sufficient, but didn't know where to begin. As what they were doing spread, they began to receive calls from people who wanted to get the chemicals out of their food, asking for advice, resources, and guidance, and the newlyweds found a new calling in helping people become self-reliant, eliminating the chemicals from their lives. Now, children in tow, they take on a new mission: feeding the hungry. Using Permaculture priciples, Heart 2 Heart Farms has almost completely eliminate commercial feeds from their regimen, raising or selling (annually) over 200 cows and calves, 400 pigs, 20 sheep, 10 goats, 800 rabbits, 200 turkeys, 100 ducks, 50 geese, plus over 250 species of heirloom fruits and vegetables, raw milk, eggs, honey, and seed, and all while improving the soil quality, water quality, and overall condition of the land. "We use every resource we have, " Boggs says, "and waste almost nothing, composting manure, making biodiesel, harnessing renewable energy, even tanning our own hides, carving bone, and making many of our own tools. Plus, we're having a blast in the process!" But it’s not all fun and games. With the cost of farming on the rise, many people were struggling to afford the local, chemical-free food choices they wanted to make for their families. “We just couldn’t turn them away,” explains Tyler, “So we started a bartering program, and ultimately a nonprofit, so we could continue to provide food to those in need.” And Good Neighbor Family Pantry was formed. Now twice a week, hundreds gather at Heart 2 Heart Farms in Sherwood, to give food, receive food, and be a part of a movement to make a difference. Good Neighbor Family Pantry, with the support of those same farmers, and now the extended community, provides over 10,000lbs of free food every week to families in need, and they are growing by the week. “To us, it’s about responding to the needs of your community,” says Elizabeth. “We never set out to build a company, to start a movement, but there was a need here. People were hurting for resources, and we had excess; it just seemed natural.” As they go into 2015, the Boggs family says they will continue to expand the quantity and quality of food available locally, as well as the availability of educational resources. “We can’t do it alone, though,” Boggs says. “We need every volunteer, helper, fundraiser, and cheerleader we can get!” So, if you’re ever tempted to wonder about the character of people, if you find yourself wanting to be part of a cause, or if you just want to learn more about self-sustainability, Permaculture, or where your food really comes from, look them up, or simply take a trip out to Sherwood and visit Heart 2 Heart Farms. You won’t be disappointed.
