Intergraf launches Young Talent Award 2021 Intergraf is accepting entries to its 2021 Young Talent Award! Candidates must submit a paper answering two selected questions. Entries will be judged by a panel of experts, with the winner awarded a grant of €3,000. Since 2017, Intergraf’s Young Talent Award has celebrated the work of young people in the European printing industry. The awards aim is to provide a platform for the next generation of print professionals to share their views with the wider sector and to reward the best ideas. How can the European printing industry attract young people? This was the question addressed by entrants into Intergraf’s 2020 Young Talent Award earlier this year. After receiving a myriad of fantastic responses, Intergraf exceptionally offered prizes for second and third place, as well as first. After this resoundingly successful award, let’s see what 2021 has to offer! The role print has played in shaping European society for centuries, is something to be proud of. For the industry to recruit the best people and safeguard its future, it is vital that young people’s views are taken into account about the attractiveness and image of print. With this in mind, Intergraf is accepting entries for the 2021 Young Talent Award!

should fulfill the criteria of being a young student, apprentice or worker in print (max. age 25) from one of Intergraf’s member countries. Entries are to be sent to Beatrice Klose, Secretary General of Intergraf, by email (bklose@intergraf.eu) or post (Intergraf. Avenue Louise 130A, 1050 Brussels, Belgium) before 15 February 2021. Good luck!

Interested candidates are required to submit their ideas on the following questions in 2-5 pages: 1. How will print develop in the future? 2. What kind of working environment are you looking for? How could a printing company provide this? Entrants
