LITTLE EYES WITH BIG DREAMS Since childhood, Anaida wanted to be a dentist, an orthodontist to be specific. Dentistry was something that had always fascinated her. This does not mean that she wasn’t terrified to go to the dentist!
Sure, she was, but she also found it very interesting. Little Anaida used to say that when she became a dentist, she would help all the people who were scared like her, to actually look forward to their dental appointments. Now she sees kids looking forward to their dental appointments, adults as well.
“I remember thinking: one day I will have my own clinic. People around me called me a dreamer and said I was crazy, but guess what, they were wrong! Never give up on your dreams, no matter what others may say”, Anaida proudly shared.
DAILY ROUTINE OF THE WONDER LADY Anaida shared, “My day starts at 7:30 am with getting me and the kids ready for school. After dropping them off to school, I go to the office and take care of daily tasks. I see patients and perform all duties as a dental hygienist. I have to manage the office and also take care of the payroll, hiring staff, dealing with patients and different problems as they arise. At the same time, I also get involved in marketing my clinic. I overlook all things that happen in the office. Usually, my workdays are 12+ hours long, Monday to Saturday. After work, I have a lot of things to do at home with the kids, and housework. I never go to sleep before midnight. I am quite busy and don’t have much time to do anything else. I have my plate full with my family and business.”

Manifested the Idea of Remote Team Solutions Pedro Barboglio has always believed that people are the most essential part of any business; the key to success is having the right team and having them motivated. When he was CEO of one of his family businesses (ready to eat meals), he went to live in Austin to expand his business in the USA. Seeing how their USA clients from that food company and some other business person needed to hire big teams for their growing companies, but didn't have the budget, time, or talent, they got together to try to see the way to help them. They wanted to offshore their teams, but they demanded the same time zone, same culture, and high-quality motivated talent with low turnover rate, and didn't want to have to fly for more than 15 hours in case they needed to see their team or bring a team member to their offices. They wanted a company that would treat their staff like they would do. After several meetings and research, they decided that Mexico was the place to have their teams, and they went on to try to find a company that could do this for them. After a long search for the right company, they discover that none meet the demands; so, they decided to help them and start their own company, Remote Team Solutions in 2015 headquartered in Mexico. We had to close the offices as it wasn’t the best move and we were growing in other countries,” Pedro Barboglio stated. “I learned that we could have done more research. Next time I would be doing more research and at least spending one month myself in the country we want to open new offices,” he added.

There is saying lead by example in terms of how professional you are, how you speak to people, how you dress and also how fit you are. We are visual creatures and most of us are motivated by what we see and being in shape or being fit rubs off on people you work with or around with all the time. As a business leader by making fitness a priority in your life it will impact so many things: It will increase your stamina and endurance, it will improve your mental clarity, it will improve your energy levels, it will improve your discipline and commitment to things. Sometimes you can execute a workout that can be so difficult you want to quit. Because maybe you are tired or you don’t have the strength to finish that last set or rep or exercise. When you are working out and occasionally you are on the brink of quitting that set, rep or exercise you can take that aspect of your workout and apply that to anything in your life especially any business environment. If things get difficult and you quit in your workout because it’s too hard you will probably do the same thing if you encounter something difficult in your business. So pushing through those mental blocks where you want to quit while exercising will give you the confidence and motivation that you can do the same thing when you are in a tough situation in business. Because the difference between quitting and not quitting on anything is more mental than physical. And having a strong mind is more important than anything because you can push through things that the average person can’t because you have been in those type of grueling and stressful scenarios and situations. That’s why fitness is such a beautiful thing because there are so many similar parallels from that to being successful in business as a leader of an organization.
