We noticed that OV was having a hard time filling in the gaps of their business. They have done an incredible job cultivating a community of runners, do-ers, and recreationalists. Within that, though, we noticed that they had neglected to show all body types, ultimately creating a community that did not acknowledge all types of people.

When someone feels like they don't belong in a certain community, we all lose.

This magazine aims to equip outdoor voices with the tools necessary to combating this change. With an approach to honesty and transparency, this magazine looks to be a gift-in-purchase for everyone who shops at Outdoor Voices. We decided to use it as a gift-in-purchase because Outdoor Voices is so popular right now.

We hope that you find this magazine to be engaging, light, and fun. While this magazine has the intention to change the way we see this community, it can only happen if we present it in this way, the “Outdoor Voices” way.

In the magazine, you'll find personal essays written by the both of us, gear explanations, and catalogs that showcase different people wearing the same brand clothes.
