Revel Folsom is an independent living community in Folsom, California for residents aged 55 and over. The property design and layout was heavily influenced by the protected forest preserve that the property wraps around that provides scenery and outdoor amenities for its residents. As part of the Revel Senior brand, it houses first class amenities and services including a full-service kitchen, multiple dining spaces, full-service salon, wellness center and fitness center.

BEFORE Three Collective is an adaptive reuse project in Falls Church, Virginia. A stone’s throw away from the nation’s capital, the design and construction team are working to convert 3 high rise office towers into live / work units with approximately 30,000 square feet of common spaces and super amenities, as well as corridors and exterior spaces. Each building has 3 garage levels with amenities that include a makerspace, indoor dog park, dog spas, and Luxer One package rooms as well as a main amenity floor that has conference rooms, game rooms, co-working spaces, a bowling alley, virtual reality space, art studio, recording studios, and indoor/outdoor amphitheater. A portion of the grounds will also serve as a public park.
A main focus of the design team was to cater to both extroverts and introverts, to provide spaces that are smaller and more intimate within spaces that are large with high levels of activity. The amenity spaces were meant to not just extend the living spaces of the residential units, but to extend the form and function, to create an ecosystem that evolves what their work and social lives can be. The team has created a hub for activity that allows its residents to expand their time and talents and give them spaces to do and be whatever they have always wanted to. Entrepreneurs, creators, innovators of all ages and sizes can carve out a niche here and learn and grow with the tools they need in their own home.

Veda, built 40 years ago, needed an aesthetic and an infrastructure overhaul. Throughout the design process strategic decisions were made to transition the old space to the new and deliver a whole new product on the market. This required reallocating the amenities and recreating the marketing path. The aesthetic goal was to give nod to the property’s art deco style that dots southern California’s urban landscape, the new design feels classic and sophisticated with a raw and unpredictable edge. Private Label International was charged with establishing a brand image for Envy that was a refreshing alternative to the typical Scottsdale condo offering— to create an amplified, exclusive residence that encourages discovery and delivers an elevated experience. The “curious class” was identified as the target audience–sophisticated experience-seekers who like to keep their lives unpredictable. Envy is for an enigmatic person that seeks to redefine the status quo.
Off the lobby is the Black Label Lounge, an ultramodern and luxe backdrop. The lounge makes a statement of racy sophistication with dramatic lighting and shimmering gold and bronze details throughout. Private wine lockers and a communal table topped by a granite slab with recessed iced chillers add to the sense of exclusivity within the space. Adorned in custom furniture and layered with rich materials, this lounge gives every resident and guest a unique sense of city living.

The overall design aesthetic can be described as a modern interpretation of iconic glamour. The grand entry and lobby lounge combine a bold black, white and gold palette with draped chandeliers and statement furniture to create a space that is classic, yet daring, elegant yet provocative—a fitting embodiment of the taste-makers that will call Envy home. From communal seating and counter height options to more private areas for intimate meetings, this entry lobby space offers areas to work and relax by day and then transforms to a party atmosphere at night.
For those who want to see and be seen, the Pool Deck was strategically located on the second level for just that reason. The exposure to the southeast provides a view of the nightlife below with just the right amount of visibility to make the people on the street envious of the action above. Vondom lounge chairs illuminated at night add to the mystery and appeal of this enviable outdoor space.

The overall design aesthetic focused on what made Tempe, Arizona a destination for people coming from all over the world. The new design also needed to improve function from a building and leasing standpoint, set the property apart from its increasing number of competitors and generate higher rents. By taking to heart the directives posed by the full property renovation, the amenity spaces embody the overall feel of living in and experiencing the desert landscape. Key design features includes a twostory high walnut wood dimensional wall, custom perforated metal panels with art of local mountain ranges created in house, layered ceiling elements that further replicate rocky cliff faces, locally sourced wood paneling, and other custom art highlighting local areas in and around Tempe.

Revel Palm Desert is a 55+ agerestricted, independent living community that is part of the Revel brand. Private Label worked with the Wolff Company to establish the unique set of programming and aesthetics for all Revel properties while distinguishing the characteristics that make each property its own. Palm Desert has an amenity prototype that is not at any other Revel properties, “The Scoop” ice cream parlor.

Revel Legacy is a Senior Living Community located near the McDowell Mountain Preserve in North Scottsdale, Arizona. Taking cues of the surrounding desert, the aesthetic was to create a casually elegant homage to the iconic local scenery. The amenities include a full-service kitchen and dining, pizza parlor, bar lounge, game room, theater, wellness center, fitness, and full-service salon, as well as an indoor/outdoor community room that overlooks McDowell Mountain.

Revel Lakeway is a Senior Living property in Lakeway, Texas. The design focused on bringing the outdoor in and embracing the aesthetic of living lakeside. With many social hubs, full service FnB and several health and wellness amenities, the focus was to create a healthy, social atmosphere to promote healing and living to the fullest. The Revel Senior brand was created with the mindset that age is only a number and doesn’t define a demographic, focusing more on the psychographics behind a generation that is reinventing itself. We wanted to recalibrate our thinking on what senior living should and could be.

Revel Nevada is a 146-unit, independent living community in Henderson, Nevada for residents aged 55 and over. The three-story, garden-style development is adjacent to a number of office buildings, the 215 freeway and Cornerstone Regional Park. The project was designed and located to maximize the sweeping views of the mountains surrounding the area, as well as take advantage of the views and resources of the Cornerstone Regional Park across the street. The site for Revel was chosen due to its convenient location near several shopping and entertainment hubs including The District at Green Valley Ranch.
Revel was designed to promote a healthy lifestyle by offering best-inclass wellness services as well as community amenities. In addition to groundbreaking style, Revel was designed with grand spaces in mind, offering residents a robust amenity package with a fine dining restaurant, a pub-style restaurant/bar, a wellness center with a spa, salon, yoga studio and gym, a theater room and an arts studio. The community also includes a heated saltwater pool and spa, dog park, and resort-quality outdoor living areas.
