About the ProActive Caring Train-the-Trainer Program
The ProActive Caring Train-the-Trainer Program teaches trainers how to use mindfulness strategies with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This program builds capacity for service providers to utilize mindfulness strategies, guided meditations, and a task analysis app to promote individuals’ independence.
