PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE In line with the TRA’s commitment to transparency and fairness in all its operations and procedures, TRA Bahrain stated that both of its cases in Court against MENATELECOM are suspended.The Urgent Matters Court decisions on the Case 2013/464 - MENATELECOM vs. TRA on 20th March 2013 to stay execution of Public Order number 4, and Case 2013/474 – MENATELECOM vs. TRA on 24th March 2013 to Stay the Auction process; and the execution of Public Order number 4, both were in favor of MENATELECOM. However, TRA filed an appeal and hence the orders of the Urgent Matters Court got suspended by an order until the Appellate Court issues its judgment. TRA also stated that Public Notice number 5 was issued on 21st March by virtue of which.
