THEME FOUR: CHANGING LIVES: What frames do we have; what new frames do we need? Keynote talks: Anne-Marie Schwirtlich, National Library of Australia and Elizabeth Farrelly, writer and architect 10.30am - 12.30pm FLIP THE FRAME WORKSHOP Facilitator: Penny Hagen Design-led techniques and practices are now being used to conceptualise and deliver new services and processes, as well as re-configure entire organisations and systems.
