Design For, now in its eighth edition, is a project born in 2012. Initially it aimed at bringing together designers and companies by reducing the distances between the two categories. In particular, by proposing valid design ideas to companies, it was meant to anticipate the request for creativity from the market.
Following the development of the phenomenon of self-production and the growing demand for unique and sought-after products, in 2019, Design For was transformed by focusing on independent designers and brands. The book became therefore an instrument of visibility and diffusion, a large catalogue of products and furnishing accessories different from the usual ones sold on a large scale.
The architectural and interior design studios will use the catalogue to select products to be included in their projects, journalists to give visibility to Italian and international designers and retailers to put items of interest directly on sale.
