When you sign up with a Property Manager you get the full support of the Property Brokers team. If your Property Manager is not available, we’ll make sure that someone is always there to answer your calls.
We report back to you on a regular basis with the findings of our inspections, send statements at the end of each month and keep you informed of market conditions, rent reviews and other relevant information.

All details about your investment are kept in our state of the art system. Quotes, repairs, maintenance, photos and rental payments are easily accessed for reporting, or should a dispute occur. Online training ensures your Property Manager is always kept up-to-date with changing legislation and current best practice.

Maintenance We only use the best local tradespeople to carry out repairs and maintenance. They are fully qualified, carry relevant and accurate insurances and have Service Level Agreements with Property Brokers. We have a centralised management team dedicated solely on managing requests so all jobs are followed through fast and efficiently. Because we have a high volume of work, we can pass on competitive trade rates to you, for your property repairs and maintenance.
When a tenant vacates your property we conduct a rigorous final inspection and should there be any repairs or damages, Property Brokers will manage any necessary claims on your behalf according to tenancy law.

Account service We take pride in ensuring that all our tenants, owners and creditors are provided with first class service. Our centrally located accounts team, ensure all payments are documented and processed accurately and on time. All rent monies are banked directly into our Trust Account which is balanced daily and audited on a regular basis. Payments to owners and creditors are made twice monthly, or monthly.
