Deniz Karahan studied law at the University of Zurich and Business Administration atthe University of Nine September Izmir. He is working in real estate sector since 2010. He wrote the first PropTech book in the world and writes regularly books, studies, reports andmarket analysis in construction, realestate and finance sectors. He wrote also the first International PropTech Standards, developed the first PropTech innovation evaluation method and created the first International PropTech Innovation Label. Deniz ispioneer of property technology worldwide. He is Co-Founder of PropTechAcademyAssociation andPropTechSwitzerlandAssociation.

Luca Calanni holds a Master of Sciencein Real Estate from the LucerneUniversity of Applied Sciences and is the owner and founderof Calanni Estate Consulting AG who providesbusiness consultationandadvisoryservicestoblockchainanddigitalreal estate projects at every stage. Luca has successfullycompleted the executive program inBlockchainTechnologies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has successfully deepened his studies in Distributed Ledger Technology(DTL) at the University of Zurich. Beforefounding Calanni Estate Consulting he worked in banking for various financial institutions, particularly in the real estate finance sector and privatebanking. He is Co-Founder of PropTechAcademy Association.

Asthehead of Digital Planning & Simulationsat Gruner Roschi, Manuelhas built a reputation for himself andhisteamasthe “go-to” in innovations in HVAC engineering. He helps decisionmakers create operative andsustainablehigh performance buildings by utilizing VDC & BIM in conjunction with building performance simulations andhis 19years of experiencein the HVAC industry. Beyond his role at Gruner, Manuel is the President ofThe International Building Performance Simulation Association (IBPSA) Switzerland and serves as a guest docent at various international academic institutions. He is Co-Founder of PropTechAcademyAssociation.
