There are still some companies,which did not evaluate yet. 47% of the audited PropTechcompanies based in canton Zurich. Swiss PropTech market growths slowly. Only 9 new PropTechcompanies founded in 2020 andthere was not new foundinginthefirsthalfof2021.

Covid-Measuresand Home-office have impacts on the market and PropTechcompanies. The most of investors stopped the investmentprocess and preferred to wait for the government policy and the action of the market itself. The most of companies reduced the cost and employees. The webinars and online meetings havethenegative impacts on business. Many companies could not realize thatthe webinars or online meetings haveminimumbenefitsorresults.

The“sustainability”and “innovation” were themagic words in 2020 and theyhave still magic.Thereisnoanyhomepage,presentationorwhitepaperswithoutthesewords.The sustainabilityand ESG criteria were the mostdiscussed topicsin real estate sector in opposite to construction sector.
