P2P Prepare to Prosper
Prepare to Prosper (P2P) transition services are designed to facilitate a seamless transition from high school to adult life based on a student’s postsecondary goals. The program is designed for students ages 18-21 who have already met their credit requirements for graduation and have been determined to need additional training and support in order to prepare to meet their goals. The program places emphasis on connecting students with the routines and schedules that they will access in adulthood.
Family Resource Center
The PISD Family Resource Center is available to all families of children with special needs to feel supported and connected. The mission of the Resource Center is to provide these families with support, resources, training, and hope to increase connections between schools, homes, and the Prosper community.
