Prepare to Prosper (P2P) transition services are designed to facilitate a seamless transition from high school to adult life based on a student’s postsecondary goals. The program is designed for students ages 18-21 who have already met their credit requirements for graduation to gain additional training and support in order to prepare to meet their goals. The program places emphasis on connecting students with the routines and schedules that they will access in adulthood.
