Responsibilities of the role include: Management of all bookkeeping and office administration duties including end of month reconciliation and processing of debtors, creditors, accounts payable and cash book transactions, bank reconciliation and weekly cashflow budgeting. Preparation of payroll and issue payment summaries and superannuation payments. Prepare all typed documentation including, correspondence, EOI, tenders, contracts, agreements and reports. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages. NLIS and OH&S. Other duties as required.
