Success in real estate depends on the individual’s drive and putting in the work.

“Sometimes clients don’t have enough money to close and you have to be willing to lower your commission to get the deal done. Sometimes clients work late and you have to be willing to answer the phones at night to explain forms and documents. Sometimes the clients needs to see many properties before deciding.” He maintains a diverse pool of inventory of exclusive listings and has the ability to reach tens of hundreds of potential buyers through his vast network and strong marketing campaigns.
