"Judd is my number one go-to for anything insurance-related. For my clients as well as personal. Judd is a wealth of knowledge and is a great resource for understanding what type of coverage is needed for all di erent properties, cars, personal belongings, etc. If he isn't able to take on the policy he is well networked in the industry where he can at least guide you in the right direction. The thing I love about Judd is you know he's a straight shooter, he walks you through the process, and at the end, you know you're covered in the most comprehensive way without over-selling you on things that don't make sense. I have used and recommended him countless times and I can't speak any higher than the service that Judd and his team at Statefarm provides!" - Nick Giganti, C.E.O, Realtor info@eagleinspectionsllc.com www.eagleinspectionpa.com

days when he needs a bit more motivation to keep him going, he says he starts to think about his next vacation.

Billy and his wife, Melanie, love traveling, going to orchards in New Hope and down the Jersey Shore during the summer. Billy also enjoys watching F1 racing – he wanted to be a racecar driver when he was kid –and still loves to watch basketball, soccer, and football. His favorite bands include Gypsy Kings, U2 and Roger Waters. When it comes down to it, Billy defines success as fulfillment – feeling good about yourself crushing your goals, raising the bar, and living a healthier, happier, better life. As Billy continues building his busi ness and pushing himself to reach higher goals, there is no doubt he will cultivate a more fulfilling life, not just for himself, but for everyone he works with. It will be exciting to see just how high he will fly.

Celly’s father was a Philadelphia real estate broker whose work often kept him busy. As she got into high school, she wasn’t sure what she wanted to do to make a living, but she was determined that it would be anything but real estate. The only thing she really enjoyed at Franklin Learning Center High School was her vocal major class. Determined to succeed her own way at age 15, Celly started working fulltime as a waitress. She was diligent, easily connected with customers and coworkers, and always served cheerfully and selflessly.

He decided he needed to find a career that was considered “essential” in the uncertain times. He was inspired by his aunt who had great job security in the field of radiology. Carmen enrolled in a course to become an x-ray technician, but when he started classes in August, Carmen realized the field was not a good fit for him. He needed a career that allowed him to truly connect with clients.

His ultimate goal was to become a personal trainer and own his own gym. However, when the Pandemic shut everything down, including gyms, during Carmen’s senior year in college, the future seemed unclear. As a hands-on learner, it was a struggle for Carmen to connect through the impersonal nature of distance education. It caused him to question how he would be able to connect with clients and find fulfillment in a future job.

Carmen has always had the mindset of an entrepreneur. As a teen, he was inspired by watching Grant Cardone and Andy Frisella videos on YouTube, and was determined to invest in real estate when he was older. What seemed like a setback in 2020 was just a setup for success as Carmen stepped into the world of real estate. He knew himself well enough to know that he could not make a secondary plan “in case” real estate didn’t work out. Succeeding through service is his “Plan A” and there is no “Plan B.” In high school Carmen explored his creative and entrepreneurial side by designing and sell ing custom shirts. He wanted to find a career that would allow him to interact with people and help make their lives better. He was not afraid to work hard, but he wanted to reap the rewards of his own e orts. He had a love for fitness, so he enrolled in the Kinesiology pro gram at Temple University. His ultimate goal was to become a personal trainer and own his own gym. Carmen earned his real estate license in October 2020 and started training right away. He began working as an agent in November, and helped his first family close a transaction in February of 2021. He was 22 years old, and was determined to succeed through service not through sales. He contacted fellow agents and sat four to six open houses each weekend to connect with people and gain experience. He quickly developed a skill for solving the problems of whoever walked through the door. His teammates at The Condo Shop had a lot of experience with rentals, and taught Carmen helpful skills and practices. However, he didn’t just think short-term. Carmen called renters and potential cli ents to learn their “why,” and kept their interests top-of-mind in his conversations with them. He was, and still is, driven by the desire to create trust, which leads to loyalty, rather than by a desire to earn a commission. Building Loyalty In his first year, Carmen closed $6.5 M in sales and helped over 34 families, and he is on pace to help over 50 families this year! Carmen believes that by establishing relation ships with people and by building a strong connection with them, he can develop a game plan to fit their needs and position them for success in the present and future. “It is always my goal to make the transition as smooth and easy as possible for my clients,” shared Carmen. “And I love creating customized marketing plans for my sellers to help net them the most money. I leverage my database and resources to help my customers get what they want, and more. I enjoy connecting with develop ers, builders, and clients. Especially the ones who are interested in real estate investment! I work hard to stay top of mind as a trusted resource.”

I thought about the fulfillment that Grant Cardone had found, and realized that in the field of real estate there would be no limit to the meaningful ways I could connect with people. I also knew there would be no cap on who I could become, or what I could make.”

“My approach is very laid back,” Carmen explained. “I give people the best information and then let them decide if I am the best REALTOR® for their needs. I genuinely enjoy talking about real estate and am always willing to advise people, even if they aren’t ‘in the market’ at that moment. I look for ways to add value to people because I have found that the business comes when I am genuine. I am determined to help my clients succeed; there is no ‘Plan B’ for me.”
