A collection of small observations There is a still beauty to winter. A closeness to poetry and wonder. It all unfolds by itself with no effort. All that is required is to ‘be’ along with it and know that there is a connection in the experience. Winter as expression of Self. The vastness and emptiness of a snow field is a type of mirror in the being. Exploring leads to discovery. Who Am I?

In one day It’s all gone

Life savings, health, title, job, belongings, status - what remains?

In the play of all passing things — who is observing this? The roles played are not the definition of the true Self, merely a contraction of the wholeness and expansiveness of the being. © 2009 Psiplex / Palmer Creative Group. www.psiplex.com

A collection of small observations Focus The locus of the focus always originates from inside to outside. Who is there to see it? Not the image itself, the attention given to a process by the being. Blurriness is one aspect of attention.

It’s all being done. Nothing to do — the Source is taking care of the tides. Incoming and outgoing. Expansion and contraction is the way of the universe. Complete, whole and unified.

A collection of small observations While the body is here, it is like movements moving in space. In consciousness, the play of vital energy is moving through it is eternal in its play. The very hand that would grasp it is part of it. Relax and enjoy the spectacle of existence. — Mooji
