Introduction Departing from personal experiences during the Pandemic analyzing common problems that occurred to others during the Pandemic made me bring up the topic of Mental Health. I find Study from Home more tiring than face-to-face lectures. It turned out that this was not only my own experience, but many also experienced it. This is due to direct social interaction and too much use of technology for learning and meetings, making us have to spend energy to focus on this. The absence of social interaction increases stress. Therefore, the separation of space between the rest room and study / work is needed so that in the communal space there can be interactions which are expected to reduce stress. After analyzing the problem in this research, it is applied to a vertical housing design.

General Problem with Pandemic Psychological Data during a Pandemic Personal Growth recorded 327 cases of mental health problems in 22 categories from March to May. 33 percent of 327 complaints were related to COVID-19.

Cabin Fever -Cabin fever is a term to express feelings of sadness, loneliness, fear, boredom, confusion and lethargy when confined in a place for several hours or several days. -People who experience cabin fever may experience fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and other complaints.

Zoom Fatigue -There are people who feel excessively tired when doing video meetings. -This demand for more focus consumes a lot of energy. -There's also the fact that aspects of our lives that used to be separated, such as work, friends, and family, all now occur in the same space.

6

Strategies

Grounding / Earthing Activities of direct human contact with the earth, barefoot. Aims to absorb the energy produced by the Earth in the form of negative electrons. Can overcome: - Anxiety and Depression - Sleep disturbance - Exhausted

Connect to Nature Elements The need to rest by re-interacting with natural elements. This can be done by watering plants, sunbathing, opening windows, etc.

Space Separation Separation of space is important in order to emphasize the function of a room and to clarify the activities carried out in a certain space. So that when someone leaves his office, he knows that he is no longer working and doing other things.

The existence of a circulation ladder as a seat allows people to rest while looking at pedestrians. In addition, there are retails and cafes next to the stairs to respond to the site opposite the street vendors.

Children's playground is placed at the back close to the housing behind the site. Serves as a socializing area as well as pedestrian nodes.

Separation of space is formed clearly by the difference in levels and differences in areas. Each unit has a balcony that functions as a grounding area by adding natural elements such as grass. Balconies can also be used for growing crops and other activities such as exercising.

Passive Interaction To relieve excessive stress, the Working Area in each Unit is made so that they can interact with each other passively. When you are tired of working, you can take a break directly to the balcony for grounding and can interact with the residents in the opposite tower.
