We promoted the launch of multiple property releases that led directly to the sale of 356 high-end homes and homesites. Record Sales of 356 properties and residences for 2021.

WE HELPED TAMARACK INCREASE SALES BY 200% OVER THE PREVIOUS YEAR Real Living Productions worked with Tamarack Realty to craft an impactful brand identity and marketing strategy to launch a multi-family alpine ski village concept. The initial strategy, however, had to be adapted due to the unforeseen Covid Pandemic of 2020. Our ability to react quickly, pivot strategically, and repurpose campaigns resulted in a resoundingly successful launch, despite the unpredictable market dynamics.

Total sales from the Opening Launch were in excess of $90M.

WE HELPED SELL OUT ALL FALLS TOWER RESIDENCES IN JUST 18 MONTHS Located in the Main Street Historic District of Greenville, SC, Falls Tower Camperdown required a branding campaign from the ground up. In addition to building awareness, Real Living Productions created a multi-faceted lead-generation initiative targeting local and regional audiences. We created digital and traditional materials that addressed the needs and desires of affluent families and individuals— all seeking an upscale, urban living experience in downtown Greenville.

In total, $20+ million was generated from the sale of all 19 residences.

WE HELPED SELL OUT 90% OF PHASE II RESIDENCES IN 6 MONTHS After a successful Phase 1 launch, Tahoe Beach Club hoped to capitalize on an even more aggressive Phase 2 launch. The challenge: a significantly higher price point. Real Living Productions developed an integrated branding and marketing campaign for qualified prospects in key feeder markets. We implemented a highly targeted digital lead generation campaign the drove high quality leads that ultimately converted to sales.
