Event Agreement

Amenities & SetUp

Our Club Sales Manager will provide an event agreement that will include your event date, start and stop times, venue details and pricing, food and bar selections and pricing, and state the twenty-five percent (25%) deposit needed to reserve your event date.

Reservation deposits are fifty percent (50%) refundable up until thirty (30) days prior to your event date and nonrefundable if notice of cancellation is not provided to us in writing within thirty (30) days prior to your reserved event date. Full payment of your outstanding balance is required ten (10) business days prior to your event.

Event Guidelines & Policies Audio & Music All audio equipment and services must be supplied by your vendor. We can provide you with recommendations for local vendors.

Decorations The Club will provide votive candles for the guest tables. Your group is responsible for decoration for your event. All candles must be enclosed in a votive that measures higher than the height of the flame. No glitter, confetti, or other loose decorations permitted. All decorations must be approved by management.

Meal Quantities The group must guarantee the numbers of guest meals and seating ten (10) business days prior to the event.

Menu Planning & Tasting The Idaho Club offers menu tasting only after the event has been booked, and deposit has been received. Event menu must be finalized five (5) weeks prior to the event date. Tastings limited to four (4) people.

Outside Food & Beverage Not permitted except in the case of a wedding cake. The Club will provide plates and cutting utensils for the cake, but your group is responsible for the cutting.

Bar Service The Idaho Club offers bar service for an event for a maximum of five (5) hours, and all bar service ends at 11:30pm. The Club reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who may be impaired, or not of the legal drinking age. The Club also reserves the right to shut down bar service at its discretion, particularly if outside alcohol is being consumed on premises.

Service Charge & Tax All prices quoted are subject to Idaho sales tax and a twenty percent (20%) service charge. Service charges and tax are subject to change.

Tournament Agreement Our Club Sales Manager and P.G.A. Pro will reserve your space by preparing an event agreement based on availability and confirmation of the date of your tournament. This agreement will include details such as event date, venue details, scheduled time, and deposit required. Your preferred date is secured by returned signed agreement and a twenty-five percent (25%) deposit. The deposit is fifty percent (50%) refundable up until thirty (30) days before your event, and non-refundable within thirty (30) days of the event date. One hundred percent (100%) of the event payment due within seven (7) days of the tournament.
