G Engage fully with the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning in order to inform best practice across the College;
As part of the College Strategy there are clearly defined key performance indicators that the CPAE has to deliver on over the next five years. These are as follows:
G Provide professional development opportunities, including lecturer support activities, training and induction for all lecturing staff; G Work with programme development teams to embed strategic objectives relating to civic engagement opportunities, wider access and greater flexibility of provision, and cross faculty integration; and G Develop links with external teaching and learning agencies. In doing this the CPAE takes a four-pronged approach to supporting teaching and learning.
