who is this program for?

admission requirements and application process

For those who look to distinguish themselves from other professionals, increasing their knowledge with expertise in the area of Human Resources.

The MRH-UC admission’s office will have a single semester for admissions beginning in July of the previous year and a maximum of 45 openings per semester.

For those who are currently working in human resources or are considering developing a professional career, adding strategic value into that area.

The students will be selected according to their academic and professional background. Students entering the program must meet the following requirements:

For those who take on or plan taking administrative, planning, and consulting tasks and the research in areas related to strategic human capital management and organizational behavior, both in the public and private sector.

1. Possession of a Bachelor’s degree issued by a Chilean or foreign university or equivalent.

It is also designed as a program that satisfies the first stage of a training process for professors from other Chilean and Latin American Universities.

2. Advanced English and proficiency in English reading comprehension. 3. Having a history that certifies a good professional performance of at least 3 years of experience. 4. Passing the entrance exams provided by the MRH-UC Direction. 5. Completing and submitting the application form available on our Web site www.mrhuc.cl 6. Paying registration and first tuition fees for your study program.
