As part of Diamond Foam’s 40th Year Anniversary celebrating it’s success in pioneering sleep systems that make the lives of everyday Pakistanis better, we take a peek at the lives of some of Pakistan’s Top Icons and Personalities, and share their formula for becoming an all rounder in life.

Q. You are one of Pakistan’s leading contemporary celebrities and icons. From being a face and spokesperson for numerous brands, to acting in Pakistan and hosting your own morning show on national television, the story of your journey is extraordinary and continues to evolve, What do you perceive to be your greatest strength in accomplishing so much thus far? A. I think my greatest strengths are my son, Hamza and my husband Feisal. It is their undying support and faith that pushes me beyond what I even imagine to be possible. I would be nothing if it wasn't for them.
Q. As a working mother and wife, it must get very hectic to juggle your career with your family. What is your secret to finding a balance between your professional commitments and family life? A. I am very focused and clear about my priorities and my plans. I make a schedule for myself daily and I slot out time for everything, including a nap or alone time if necessary. If one is organised plus sensitive to the needs of your family then balance is easy to find and maintain. Q. It’s said that achieving success comes with great dedication and personal sacrifice. What in your opinion is your greatest sacrifice and how do you manage to make that strength in your life instead of a weakness? A. My greatest sacrifice was choosing to live
in Lahore and to focus my energies on raising Hamza instead of throwing myself head first into the rat race of the media industry in Karachi. People kept saying that my career will suffer. But I stuck to what I believed to be right for my child being a single mother at the

Writing gives me the time I need with myself and my thoughts to express the real me. Q. On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your stress level? What do you do to manage stress when things get tough? A. Wow!!! I would say an 11. I'm always running around getting stuff sorted. I am almost always tired and I tend to internalise my stress which then comes out in the form of ulcers or migraines. However I'm trying to time. A. Hamza Abbasi and Sajjal are both brilliant but what makes them stand out is their talent, hardwork and total commitment to their chosen profession. The younger lot generally tends to be a bit non-serious and arrogant. Q. What’s Next for you? Where do you see yourself 5 years from now? A. Soooooo much planned and so little time. 1. Open my restaurant. 2. Finish writing and publish my book. 3. Go bungee jumping and sky diving. 4. Take a journey of self discovery round the world 5. Build my house 6. Go for Haj 7. Learn to say No to unreasonable people and demands. And the list goes on Q.With such a busy life, how much sleep do you manage to get every night, and how important do you consider sleep is for maintaining a healthy and a successful career, while keeping your fresh appeal in tact? A. I do not compromise on my sleep or my comfort when I'm sleeping. I am in bed by 9:30pm and asleep by 10ish. I wake up at 5:30am. The night is for sleeping and that's the only way to stay fit and relaxed. My bed is very comfortable and I surround myself with soft pillows and a cosy comfy duvet. Early to bed and early to rise keeps Juggan wise:) Q.Describe yourself to the world, using any 5 words. A. Honest, Hardworking, Caring Ambitious & Focused
