■ ADAPTED DANCE Ages 7-15 Dance is for everyone! Our adapted dance will help develop communication skills through movement. This class will encourage self-expression, creativity, and physical fitness. Class will start with easy dance moves that condition, and progress to fun steps in the center that will improve gross motor skills and coordination. ■ BEGINNER TUMBLING & JAZZ Ages 4-7 This fun beginner class offers young children the experience of both jazz and tumbling. Basic tumbling skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, and cartwheel prep will be introduced and developed to increase strength and flexibility. Students will develop coordination with basic fun jazz moves and learn a jazz routine.

■ TUTU TODDLER & TAP 24 months-3 years 6 months Through creative movement, little dancers will develop motor skills, focus, and the ability to follow verbal and visual cues. They will dance out a story ballet, enjoy tapping to popular music, and be introduced to basic rhythm and musicality. Hard soled shoes can be used instead of tap shoes.
