■ FOODIE FUN Ages 13+ Let’s gather with friends to create and assemble some delicious dishes. Participants will learn cooking skills, kitchen safety, and social etiquette surrounding food. This class is designed for teens and adults with and without disabilities.

■ YOGA FOR YOUTH WITH DISABILITIES Ages 10-14

This class is specifically designed for adolescents with disabilities. Research ADAPTED PROGRAM shows that teaching yoga to youth can help improve behavior, attention, focus, and social skills. Physically, it can increase strength, coordination, bilateral integration, and even fine motor skills. Class is built around feeling, imagination, exploration, and play while practicing Yoga. Class will be conducted by a teacher certified in disability Yoga Training.

■ HEALTHY KIDS CLUB Ages 4-7 This program introduces basic sport skills, like running, kicking and throwing through gross motor play. We will use a variety of games, songs, and props to develop fine and gross motor skills needed for sports. This program is designed for children with and without disabilities. It is a fun way for children to get fit and learn healthy habits while they improve their sports skills.

■ SENSORY EXPLORATIONS Ages 2-4 Encourage your child to explore their senses through play! This class, run by a recreation therapist, will include a variety of activities that encourage children to explore with their senses through crafts, games, gross motor and fine motor play.
