OPTIMALLY PROTECTED WITH HIGH COMFORT SAFETY FOOTWEAR Our safety footwear has been the most popular footwear in Norway for many years, and our history with safety footwear dates all the way back to the 1920s with the shoe factory, Forma Skofabrikk, in Stavanger, Norway. Our customers have chosen us – and continue to choose us – because our footwear is known for its high quality, and because we are at the leading edge of development when it comes to functionality, technology and ergonomics. In 2012 we started rebranding our range of FORMA safety footwear to the recognised Wenaas brand. The rebranding will create synergies that will enable us to strengthen and complete our offering under the Wenaas brand. 3 % # !

footwear will continue to have the same high quality, advanced technology and right ergonomics which we have become recognised for. Our aim is to develop safety footwear that increases safety, comfort and effectiveness for our users. Our commitment to product development and innovation is therefore a continuous one. As a direct supplier we are in regular contact with professional customers, HSE employees and end users. This provides us with invaluable feedback and suggestions, which we incorporate into our product development and innovation. The result of this collaboration is innovative and technical solutions such as HFC (Heel and Forefoot Concept), CCS (Complete Cushion System), MFS (Memory Foam Stability) and Active Grip.

GLOVES

Since 1998 we have designed and developed our own range of protective gloves under the Odin brand name. In 2013 we started rebranding our Odin glove portfolio to the recognised Wenaas brand, the leading brand within safety workwear and PPE to the Norwegian oil and gas industry. The rebranding will create synergies that will enable us to strengthen and complete our offering under the Wenaas brand. Users of Odin gloves can, however, # 3 quality and functionality remain unaffected as does our commitment to continuous product development. When undertaking product development we do this in close collaboration with our users to meet their needs, as well as leading suppliers of quality raw materials and expert partners. We control the entire value chain, and the products we bring to market are known for their high quality, good comfort and grip. When choosing protective gloves there are many factors to consider. It is therefore important to carry out a risk assessment of the work environment, to ensure that the chosen glove provides proper protection against the risk the user is exposed to. It is the responsibility to carry out a risk assessment and provide the necessary personal protective equipment and to ensure that required training is given. Using a protective glove creates a physical barrier between the skin and the risk the employee is exposed to. Because gloves of different materials have different protective abilities it is important to choose a glove made from a material that gives the right protection for the work to be performed. We have supplied protective gloves to the Norwegian oil and gas industry for many years and we are happy to help our customers choose the right protective glove. The materials most commonly used in our protective gloves are:

Good quality leather is characterised as being + ) " supple and durable. Leather also has superior breathing properties and + ) ) ) moisture. A leather glove will therefore feel dry and comfortable, and rarely damp.

Neoprene is a synthetic rubber compound which gives very good protection against oils, solvents and etching chemicals, but has somewhat poorer properties than latex and nitrile when it comes to durability and resistance to cuts. Neoprene gloves are elastic and soft even in the +

Leather has different properties depending on what part of the animal it comes from. We have considerable + +

the right grain, and particularly in processing the leather, We offer protective gloves in different leather qualities: Cow: Cow leather is thick and durable and has good moisture resistance. This makes cow leather especially suitable for gloves that have to withstand rough use. Cow leather also provides good protection against heat and has excellent moisture absorption. Pig: Pig leather becomes softer with use. It is porous and has good breathing properties. Goat: Goat leather is extremely durable and the natural content of lanolin makes it very supple. Gloves made from goat leather are especially suitable for tasks requiring good !

LATEX Latex is a highly elastic material from the rubber plant. Latex gloves have a broad range of use, but do not withstand oils or solvents well. Latex gloves can be enhanced with cotton lining, synthetic components and curing increasing the resistance of the material. Be aware that pure latex in direct contact with the skin may cause latex allergies.
