FROM THE PRINCIPAL Hello lovely Pymble girls, we can’t wait to see you back on campus tomorrow. It is such a gift to know that soon the gates will open for you to fill the campus with your love, laughter and, of course, lots of learning from day one of Term 3.
Term 3 is all about WIGS!
We are grateful that more things potentially will be happening this term, including Saturday sport, co-curricular activities and some events. However, the reintroduction of these aspects of school life, which we once took for granted, now comes with terms and conditions we must take seriously. This includes parents and visitors scanning a QR code to register any visit to our campus. Girls, when we returned to campus in Term 2, I asked you to promise to follow the new rules and guidelines we had to implement to keep our Pymble family safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. As you know, the pandemic is not over yet. I need you to make the same promise again, and to follow the health and safety measures in this e-book with an even greater commitment than before. It’s hard to remember everything to do, so I’ve channelled my inner actress (and raided the Junior School dress-up box!) to give you a helpful reminder: WIGS. W I G S

It’s really important that you also read the relevant section(s) of this book with your parents, paying special attention to the Golden Rules on page 7, Visitors on Campus information on page 9 and the School Closure Plan, which you can read on page 52 of this book. Girls, I can’t stress enough that now is not the time to test boundaries or become complacent. Our COVID-19 rules must be followed from the moment you set foot on campus. If anything, we will be enforcing these rules more strictly than we did

Please don’t be worried – it’s my job to consider all the circumstances and then make the decisions necessary to ensure we have good, strong plans in place to keep everyone in our Pymble family safe and well. Your job is to wear your metaphorical WIGS and showcase how good you are at caring for yourself and others. While we can’t control what happens off campus, we can all play our part by doing the right thing on campus to minimise the spread of the virus and look after the wellbeing of our Pymble family. I have faith in you girls, I know we can do this.

GOLDEN RULES
• Stay home if you are unwell (refer to COVID-19 symptoms in FAQs); go to your School Office immediately upon feeling unwell • No hugging, kissing or touching other students or staff • No sharing of food or drinks • Girls to remain at arm's-length distance from each other at all times • Girls to remain 1.5 metres away from staff • Girls are not to rearrange any desks or College furniture • Girls must follow set rules and directions from staff for common areas, bathrooms, changing rooms, food service venues and classrooms • Cough/sneeze into your elbow or a tissue and dispose of tissues immediately • Wash or sanitise hands after coughing, sneezing, bathroom visits and before eating • Girls will have access to their lockers if they wish and are also permitted to cary their bags • If a girl is found in deliberate breach of essential rules, her parent or carer will be asked to collect her immediately and the student will not be allowed to return to campus for two days.

• All Day School/local girls are expected to return to campus for face-to-face learning • Girls who will be absent for a short period of time, due to illness, should follow the normal procedure for catching up on missed work by contacting their teachers • Girls who will be absent for a long period of time should notify the School Office immediately • Parent meetings will be conducted online, however face-to-face meetings by appointment are available in special circumstances • All group gatherings (Chapel Service, Assemblies, Year Group Meetings) will remain online in Term 3.

• Private bus services to and from Pymble will run from Week 1 • Girls are encouraged to use the private bus service over public transport • Girls who use the private bus service or public transport must sanitise hands before entering school; face masks while travelling are optional; and parents are required to discuss with their daughters appropriate social distancing during travel • Car lines will be in operation; however parents must not leave their car at any time, except to assist their daughter to enter or exit the car • Preparatory and Junior School will be guided to supervised areas by staff • Parent and carer access is limited to dropping off and picking up girls in designated areas; please observe signage and staff directions • Visitors are not permitted on campus without an appointment.

FAQS My daughter has woken up feeling unwell, what should we do? Now, more than ever, students who are feeling unwell (see COVID-19 symptoms below) should stay at home to rest and recover or seek medical advice if necessary. Please notify your School Office if your daughter will not be attending school by calling the relevant School absentee line below. If I think my daughter has symptoms of COVID-19, what should we do? COVID-19 symptoms include fever, tiredness, dry cough, sore or scratchy throat, aches and pains, nasal congestion, runny nose, shortness of breath and diarrhoea. Children and young people are more likely to have a milder illness, and some may not have any symptoms. If you are at all concerned about your daughter’s health, seek medical advice and/or have your daughter tested. • The National Coronavirus Helpline (1800 020 080) is available to call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for further advice. • To find your nearest testing centre in NSW, visit https://www.nsw.gov.au/ covid-19/how-to-protect-yourself-and-others/clinics. • If you or a member of your household is diagnosed with COVID-19, please email health@pymblelc.nsw.edu.au as soon as practicable.

s r e w s n A d n a s n o i t s e Qu What will happen if my daughter starts to feel ill or appears unwell at school? If any student is unwell at school, they will be sent to the Health Care Centre (HCC) for further assessment. Upon arrival at the HCC, if the student is experiencing symptoms compatible with COVID-19 (see above), she will be isolated on campus in an appropriate place with suitable supervision. Day students with symptoms of COVID-19 must be collected by a parent/carer as soon as possible. For Boarders with symptoms of COVID-19, HCC staff will liaise with Boarding staff.
Can my daughter come to school if we are awaiting COVID-19 test results? Any student who has been tested for COVID-19 must remain in isolation until the test results are confirmed. If you or a member of your household is diagnosed with COVID-19, please email health@pymblelc.nsw.edu.au as soon as practicable.
What measures are in place for staff who are unwell? Staff members should not come to work if they are feeling unwell. If a staff member becomes unwell while at the College, they are to contact their supervisor, leave immediately and contact the National Coronavirus Helpline (1800 020 080) or their doctor for further advice. Staff are not to attend HCC unless they need urgent medical attention. If a staff member has been tested for COVID-19, they must remain in isolation until test results are confirmed.
What will happen if a student or staff member is diagnosed with COVID-19? If a staff member or student is diagnosed with COVID-19, the College will be contacted by the Department of Health, who will advise next steps. It is likely the school will be shut down for approximately two days to allow for contact tracing and deep cleaning of the campus.

FAQS Is Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) operating? Yes, our OSHC centre will be open for families who require care for their daughter(s) before and/or after school from Monday to Friday. Please note the following details: • Before-school care will operate from 7.00am • After-school care will operate until 6.00pm each day • Car line will be serviced by a staff member from 7.30am; if you wish to have your daughter met at car line and escorted to OSHC, please contact 02 9855 7741 or 0439 044 279. Please contact oshcadmin@pymblelc.nsw.edu.au for more information.
How can my daughter access IT support? Students are asked to send their initial request for help to @Hubbies in Microsoft Teams to reduce the amount of people visiting the IT Hub. A group of IT and Learning Support staff will then be available to respond to your daughter's questions and arrange any technical support required.
Will the counselling service be available for the girls? Yes. Should you wish for your daughter to see a school Counsellor, please follow the usual process, which is to contact the Head of Year in the first instance to discuss her individual situation.
If my daughter has returned or is soon to return from overseas, is she required to quarantine before attending school? Yes. It’s mandatory to undertake 14 days of quarantine at designated facilities in your port of arrival in Australia. Please ensure your daughter also undergoes testing for COVID-19 before she returns to school. We crossed the border between NSW and Victoria during the break. Can my daughter return to school immediately? The border between NSW and Victoria has been restricted since 8 July. NSW residents returning home from Victoria on or after this time must self-isolate for 14 days immediately after entering NSW. Please ensure your family also undergoes testing for COVID-19 before your daughter returns to school. For the most up-to-date advice from the Government visit: https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/Infectious/covid-19/Pages/interstate-travel.aspx
When a new outbreak in NSW is reported, how can we check whether we have visited any of the associated locations during the infection period? NSW Health has a latest news and updates page that lists areas and dates associated with COVID-19 outbreaks and diagnoses. This list changes all the time so it’s important to check this page regularly and especially before your daughter returns to school or prior to a visit to our campus. If you have visited any of the locations listed, you must watch for COVID-19 symptoms, follow advice regarding self-isolation (if applicable) and undergo testing as mandated by NSW Health. PREPARATORY SCHOOL SCHOOL Hello Girls! It is so lovely to welcome you back for the start of Term 3. I hope you had many adventures with your family and friends during the holidays and also had time to read a favourite book or create a special memory. The teachers are very excited about seeing each of you when you come back to school on Tuesday 21 July. In Term 3, our school day for Preparatory girls will finish at 2.45pm once again. This is because many of you will have recommenced your co-curricular activities and I imagine this is something you are very excited about. If you are being collected at car line, Grey House Walk or Sufferance Pathway, teachers will be walking you to these areas so you can be collected by your parents at this time.
Information for girls from the Head of Preparatory School
I cannot wait to hear about your stories and adventures over the break and look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday.
What do I do when I arrive at school? Your parents will need to use the Preparatory School car line and we need you to be helpful and ready to get out of their car by yourself. There will be teachers at car line but they will not be opening the car door or getting your bags out. This is something you will need to do yourself. We know that you will give mum and dad a lovely goodbye before getting out. If you have any trouble, we will be asking your parents to get out of the car to help you but they will need to get straight back in so the car line can move. Once you get out of the car, we will be asking you to sanitise your hands and a teacher will be there to show you how and to help you if needed. There will be hand sanitisers at car line. Only Preparatory girls should walk down the pathway to the Preparatory School from car line. If your parent or carer walks you to school through the front entry gate (Sufferance Pathway), or through Grey House Walk, you will need to say goodbye at the gate and use the hand sanitiser before coming down the path to Preparatory School. We will have very special people there to greet you and to walk you down to see your teachers and friends.

PREPARATORY SCHOOL Once you arrive at school you will be able to put your school bag and co-curricular items in your locker. This is also a good time to put on your red pinafore and to place your Diary and homework pouch on your desk. Please check that your play hat is in your chair bag with your special pencil case that we made for you last term. These are the pencils and other items that you will continue to use this term. The first day you are at school, your learning will start with a very special message from Mrs Ahearn about how we are all keeping healthy and safe while also caring for each other. Your teacher will then welcome you all before you start your learning for the day.
Where will I be learning? Things are going to be a little bit different for a while. 1. You will be learning in your classroom and grade area for most of the day as per usual. 2. You will need to listen carefully to your teachers about how we will be moving around the classroom. 3. Library, Performing Arts and PE lessons will happen in the usual spaces and Italian and Health lessons will be in your classroom. 4. If you attend before-school classes or special programs with our Learning Support teachers, your lessons will be in grade areas or the LS group rooms. Don’t worry, as the teachers will tell you where your group is working.
What do I wear to school? You will need to wear your full winter school uniform, including hat and blazer, with pride. However, if your class has a scheduled PE lesson, you wear your full winter tracksuit on these days as you did in Term 2. Please remember your Preparatory School play hat to wear for outside play at Recess and Lunch and during PE lessons. This can stay in your chair bag when you go home.

PREPARATORY SCHOOL Can I use the water bubblers at school? At the moment, we aren’t able to use the water bubblers. It is very important that you always remember to bring your drink bottle to school each day so that you have your own water for Crunch and Sip and Recess and Lunch.
Where can I play when I am at school if it is not raining? Each year group has a special place to spend recess and lunchtime. As we did at the end of last term, each year group will have time in each of the different play areas. In Term 3, you will be able to use the play equipment and Library at lunchtime which is very exciting! Our play areas will be: • The Riverbed • Upper courtyard • Lower courtyard • Equipment • Liane Tooth Courts (We know you really enjoyed this space last term!)
Where do I play when I am at school if it is raining? If it is raining you will eat at your own special desk, just as if you were in a restaurant! You will then spend the rest of the time during these breaks in your class space and grade areas just like you have always done.
Can I borrow books from the Library? Yes, you can! Our very special Librarian, Mrs Colquhoun, will invite you to borrow books in your normal class Library lesson. When books are returned, it will take three days before they can go back on the shelves. This is so we all stay healthy. Remember that the Library will be now be open at lunchtime so you will also be able to return and borrow books at this time as well.

PREPARATORY SCHOOL Sisters’ Line If you are normally collected by your big sister from the Junior School in Sisters' Line, you will wait for her in the Year 2 common area as co-curricular activities will be starting again in the Performing Arts rooms. She will know that this is where to wait for you.
Are we allowed to hug each other? Sadly, we are not able to hug each other or hold hands. It is also important to remember that we aren’t allowed to share food or belongings. This is to keep us all safe and well, which is very important. We can give each other lots of huge smiles and waves and share kind words because these are all really great ways to show each other how much we care and appreciate our teachers and friends.
Will we still have Assembly, Chapel and Prep Singing? Yes we will, but we won’t be having it together in John Reid Hall. We will be doing Assembly, Prep Singing and Chapel like we did last term via Teams and we are excited that classes will continue to take turns in running our assemblies. Each week a class will join us for these events in the Performing Arts room and girls will continue to read prayers and help Rev Bent and Rev Lorenzo with Chapel. I am sure we will have other special guests joining us this term! I hope you are as excited as I am about the start of Term 3. Welcome back girls!

PREPARATORY JUNIOR SCHOOL SCHOOL Hello Girls! I am so excited to welcome you back to Term 3 on Tuesday 21 July. Your teachers (together with Mrs Plant, Mrs Holobrodskyj, Mrs Hooper and Heidi Hedgehog) and I can’t wait to see you as we have all been missing you. We are looking forward to hearing all about your holidays. We are also excited to be welcoming two new students to our Junior School family; Kyraa and Jingya, who are joining Year 5.
What do I do when I arrive on campus in Term 3? Your parents need to stay in their cars if they drop you off at car line. You need to sanitise your hands as you get out of your car and arrive on campus. There will be hand sanitisers available at Flagpole. Mrs Brown and Mrs Plant will be there to welcome you each morning and to remind you to sanitise your hands carefully. The school day will start as usual with roll call at 8.15am. The Library will be open in the mornings as per usual. We will end our day at 3pm as normal. You will go to your Connect room at 8.15am for the start of the day. We will start the day with an Assembly at 8.25am. You will listen to it online as you did in Term 2. Your teacher will give you the link to this assembly. This will just be a short but very important Assembly so we can welcome you back and talk through a few things to keep us all safe and healthy back at school together. We will also be celebrating Mrs Plant’s birthday, which is on that day!

Where will I be learning? You will be learning in your normal class rooms just like last term. This means you can move classrooms for Literacy and Numeracy groups and for your specialist lessons. You will have now have access to your lockers, so please ensure that your school bag is kept in your locker.
What do I wear to school? You will now need to wear your full school winter uniform. Please remember to always wear it with pride! Please remember your bucket hat for playtimes.

JUNIOR SCHOOL Can I use the water bubblers at school? At the moment, the water bubblers are closed. You will need to remember to bring your own water bottle that you can refill during the day at school.
Where can I play when I am at school if it is not raining? Year 3: in the Courtyard Year 4: around the Turning Circle and the area outside the Year 4 block (grassy area) Year 5: behind the downstairs Year 5 classrooms and Valley Playground Year 6: Valley Playground. We will organise a roster so that each year group gets to have time to play in Valley Playground throughout the term.
Where do I play when I am at school if it is raining? Year 3: in Sunshine Square, in the JR Hall and in your classrooms (as directed by your teachers) Year 4: in your class areas Year 5: in your classroom spaces and the Learning CafĂŠ (as directed by your teachers) Year 6: in the Library and in your classroom areas as directed by your teachers.
Can I borrow books from the Library? Yes, you can! Our fabulous Librarian Mrs Itzcovitz and our amazing Library technician Mrs Recchia will quarantine books for three days once they’ve been returned, just to make sure we all stay healthy, so there may be a delay in borrowing books. The Library will also be open at lunchtime.
Sisters' Line If you normally collect your little sister from Sisters' Line you need to go to the Performing Arts room in the Preparatory School.

PREPARATORY SCHOOL Are we allowed to hug each other? To keep us all safe and healthy we are not hugging one another or holding hands. We can have lots of ‘virtual’ hugs! We can give each other lots of huge smiles and lots of kind words so we can all help kindness to grow throughout our school community this term!
Will I still get to do Challenge by Choice? Your teachers have been working on timetables to create space for you to keep challenging yourselves and your creativity throughout Term 3. We will send you your timetable in the next few days, which will outline all your learning activities for Term 3. There are certainly lots of exciting learning opportunities to look forward to!
Will I still get to do Cyber Safety? You will continue working on your Cyber Safety lessons, which will be led by your Connect Teacher, Mrs Brown or Mrs Plant.

JUNIOR SCHOOL Will we still have Assembly? Yes! Mrs Plant and I love our Assemblies with you all. We will continue to live stream these to you at the moment. Your teacher will send you the link for Assembly each Monday.
Will we still have Chapel and RE? Yes, we will! Our fabulous Revs will continue to send us a link to their online Chapel message each week. Your teachers will share that link with you. PREPARATORY MIDDLE SCHOOL SCHOOL Hello Girls! We are so excited to welcome you back to Term 3 on Tuesday 21 July.
What will be the same? • Your timetable and lesson length will be a normal five-period day with recess and lunch breaks. • Connect will run each day from 1.35pm to 2.10pm. • You will be required to wear your full winter school uniform with pride! Please ensure your uniform is the right length, no jewellery, no nail polish on your nails, no fake nails and no make up. • Your allocated area for recess and lunch is Gloucester Lawn for Year 7 students and the Sunken Courtyard and Lower Colonnade area for Year 8 students. This is also where you should go if you arrive to campus early. • You are not permitted to spend lunch and recess inside classrooms unless it is wet. • In the event of wet weather, Year 7 will go to the Gillian Moore Centre for Performing Arts (GMCPA) Foyer and Theatre and Year 8 will go to DK2-10 and C2-C10. • The regular Pymble bus services will be running as per normal. • Assemblies and Chapel will continue to run online via Microsoft Teams.

MIDDLE SCHOOL What will be different? • When using public transport and moving about the school, be mindful to avoid touching railings and other high-touch areas/fittings. • There will be sanitiser stations at the various entrance points to the College and in classrooms and offices. Please use them. • Access to your lockers is optional. Leave valuables in your locker for safekeeping. You are permitted to carry your bags around throughout the day. • Bring a water bottle as bubblers will be closed. Water filling stations will be available. • You are asked to strictly adhere to social distancing. This will be challenging, particularly for the huggers among us, but it is one of the conditions of a safe return to campus. Wherever possible, you are asked to maintain safe distance from anyone else on campus. Desks will be spaced in rooms, please don't move them. • Please also remember the importance of maintaining social distance with staff members. • If you see a cleaner, say thank you! They are working tirelessly to keep us all safe. • If you have an appointment, you will sign out at the Office as usual, but your parents will need to collect you from Flagpole. • Please remember that if you are unwell you need to stay at home in order to help protect everyone.

PREPARATORY SENIOR SCHOOL SCHOOL Hello Girls! The Senior School Team and I are looking forward to welcoming you back to Term 3 on Tuesday 21 July.
What will be the same? • Your timetable and lesson length will be a normal five-period day with recess and lunch breaks. • Connect will run every day from 1.35pm to 2.10pm. • You will wear immaculate winter uniform. Please ensure your uniform is the right length, no jewellery, fake nails etc. • Year 12 – you will be permitted to wear your jersey on top of your uniform while onsite at school. • Year 12 – your allocated area for recess and lunch is the Marden Lawn. (In case of wet weather, you will be in the Kate Mason Building). These areas should be used for Prep lessons too, weather permitting. During Prep time you will be required to remain in the same friendship group for health and safety reasons• Year 11 – your allocated area for recess and lunch is the Mollie Dive Lawn (in case of wet weather, you will be in the JLT). Your Prep area will be the Library for Term 3. During Prep time, you will be required to remain in the same friendship group for health and safety reasons due to COVID-19. • Please bring a towel to sit on the grass so that you can enjoy the lovely winter sun.

PREPARATORY BOARDING SCHOOL Hello Girls! Welcome back to all our Boarders, and an extra special welcome to our girls who are returning to us for the first time in more than three months. Our Boarders are the heart and soul of our College and it hasn’t been the same without you.
What does it mean for you? While the threat posed by COVID-19 appears to have been reduced by the Government restrictions and the ‘lockdown’ period, it has not been removed and we must continue to be cautious in our approach. While we are doing everything we can to minimise risk, Boarding is still considered a high-risk environment. This means that we have made changes to our processes and practices. We will all be required to meet recommendations for physical distancing and we will be strict and vigilant with our hygiene processes. We will have staggered meal times and House-based activities to reduce the possibility of transmission across the each of the Houses. The ‘Golden Rules’ of the Day School also apply to our home in Boarding. It is likely that, throughout the term, the risk of transmission of COVID-19 across New South Wales will vary. We all need to come together to be responsive to these changes and this will mean sometimes we need to be more cautious in our approach, and at other times we can be closer to our usual routines. How we will respond to changes will be explained to you and a written overview will be provided so that you are very clear about precautions that we are taking and the reasons why. I know the Boarder spirit will shine through as you embrace any challenges that arise.

PREPARATORY CO-CURRICULAR SCHOOL Hello Girls!
Sport
SPORT We are excited to see the resumption of the IGSSA and IPSHA sport competition in Term 3 and other sports such as Swimming, Diving, Tennis, Gymnastics, Water Polo and Rugby Sevens. The IGSSA Netball and Hockey competition will commence in Week 1 of this term (Saturday 25 July), except for the Year 7 competition, which will begin in Week 2 (Saturday 1 August). The IPSHA AFL and Touch Football competition will commence in Week 2 (Saturday 1 August) and there will be a training session for all Pymble teams from Week 1 (Saturday 25 July). We have implemented several COVID-19 safety protocols for Saturday sport.
IPSHA SPORT
What is different this term due to COVID-19? IPSHA Sport has recommended a detailed list of protocols for student participation, including: • Only one parent or carer should attend from each family with a student playing • Spectators are requested to comply with social distancing guidelines • The sharing and/or exchanging of personal equipment, clothing or drink bottles is not permitted. The full set of protocols for Saturday IPSHA sport will be sent before the first competition.

Are parent spectators allowed to attend IGSSA Saturday sport this term? No. IGSSA has decided parent spectators will not be permitted to attend IGSSA sport on Saturdays in Term 3. This decision applies to all IGSSA school venues and for all IGSSA sporting events. Each school venue will have designated zones and/or instructions for the dropping off and picking up of students.
What is the process to sign in for students on a Saturday morning? All students playing either Netball or Hockey will be required, as usual, to sign in at the Convenor’s desk upon arrival.
How will the College keep a record of people in attendance onsite at Pymble each Saturday? A register of all non-playing attendees at Pymble (staff, officials, coaches) will be taken each Saturday during Term 3. The sign-in process will be done via QR Code located at the main entry points to the College.
What other COVID-19 protocols will be in place? All coaches will be equipped with sanitisation kits to wipe down balls and equipment between playing breaks. All students are required to bring their own drink bottles. These are to be kept near their own sport or school bag. While being instructed or giving instructions, all participants and staff will maintain a 1.5 metre distance. Sanitisers and hand-washing facilities will be available in prominent places.

PREPARATORY SCHOOL What about non-IGSSA sport during Term 3?
Sport
The full range of Aquatics sports will recommence this term. This includes Diving, Learn to Swim, Swimming squad training and Water Polo. For specific details regarding COVID-19 protocols for Aquatic sports click here. The Secondary School Athletics Carnival will be held on Monday 27 July on Main Oval, however, due to COVID-19 restrictions, spectators are not permitted to attend. Training for Rugby Sevens will commence from Week 1 and competition will start in Week 5 (Saturday 22 August) at Pymble. Further details about specific venues and COVID-19 protocols will be provided in the coming weeks. The Health and Fitness Centre will be open as usual during the term, and all students will be required to sign in using the QR Code. Hello Girls! While a number of Experiential Learning activities and programs are still on hold, we are very excited to be resuming the following fantastic programs this term: • The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award • Army Cadets • Learn to Orienteer • Mountain Biking – Learn to Ride Program Each of these programs still have places available, so if you would like to know more or register, please email me at sclark@pymblelc.nsw.edu.au. The above programs will have some modifications applied to allow for safe and COVID-compliant participation. They will still be really fun though! International tours are of course still on hold, but we look forward to offering some amazing overseas opportunities when it is safe to do so. We are excited to be expanding the Experiential Learning program offering in the coming terms and welcome your feedback on what type of programs you would like to get involved with. Our focus in Experiential Learning is to push you out of your comfort zone with challenging and rewarding activities that you would not normally do – this is where some amazing learning and personal growth occurs. CAMPUS CLOSURE PLAN For immediate evacuation during the school day • Parents and carers will be notified by SMS, email and SkoolBag. • If your daughter has been identified as a close contact, she will be informed personally by a staff member who will escort her to either the Preparatory School Library (Kindergarten to Year 2), Junior School Library (Years 3 to 6) or Gymnasium (Years 7 to 12), where she will remain, under supervision, until the campus has been vacated and you have been asked to collect her (see collection points, below). • Parents of daughters with mobile phones are encouraged to text or call their daughters on approach. Students will remain where they are until their teacher is shown the text, after which the student will be dismissed to the age-specific collection locations listed below. • Siblings should go to the collection location of the youngest child in the family. • If you wish your daughter to walk home or catch public transport, please send her a text to show her teacher; the text must state you give permission for the teacher to dismiss your daughter. • Years 11 and 12 students will be required to provide parental permission in order to travel home in another student’s vehicle. An email to the Senior School Office providing permission for your daughter to travel in another student’s vehicle will be required prior to her being allowed to sign out. • Preparatory and Junior School parents who cannot immediately collect their daughter(s) can nominate another family member or friend to do so.
