Avatars - Consulting Steve and Donny own a flooring company started by Donny’s father. While the company is successful, they were thinking small and only had a goal of growing by $500,000 annually. They had a team in place that had worked with them for years, but weren’t growing and struggled with the family business mindset. After bringing Scott in, they hired a new sales person that blew away sales goals and became the sales manager based on those results. They have since been able to get out of the day to day and have started a commercial flooring division, added kitchen and bath remodels, and have gone from 3mil to 9mil in revenue.
