We are taking the Apple idea into our check out system, because with modern technology, we want the team members to focus on customer’s needs and resolve issues much quicker and easier just by a few clicks. Customers could choose the gift wrapping and color of the ribbon, before finishing the transaction, they could also decide if they want the gift to go or to mail to receiver home.

We want to keep the store not like a store, almost like a showroom, where products are displayed with QR codes next to them. Why? The new way of shopping at Papyrus inspired by showrooms idea at Ikea, this idea also lets the customers experience how the product looks at home, or they can just grab the sample on display and use it on the spot. This idea also keeps the store cleaner with balanced white space from large amounts of product. That’s why our P members need to have the P machines at all times to check out product information for customers.

To deliver this gift to someone’s home, it’s simply, we ask customers to fill in all the information, as well as their email address, so that they can receive tracking number when package sent out.
