የእምነትም ጸሎት/YeImnät Tsälot/The Prayer of Faith ፩ 1. We have faith in አንድ አምላክ /And Amlak/ One God, እግዚአብሔር/Igziabher the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth and all things visible and invisible. ፪ 2. And we have faith in አንድ ጌታ ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ /And Geta EeYesus Kristos [One Lord Jesus Christ], the only begotten Son of the Father, who was with Him before the creation of the world. ፫ 3. Light from light, true አምላክ/Amlak/God from true አምላክ/Amlak/God, begotten not made, of one essence with the Father. By whom all things were made, and without Him was not anything in heaven or earth made. ፬ 4. Who for us men and for our salvation, came down from heaven, was made man, and was incarnate from the መንፈስ ቅዱስ/ Menfes Qidus/Holy Spirit, and from the ቅድስት ድንግል ማርያም/Qidist Dingil Mariyam/Holy Virgin Mary. ፭ 5.
