Halloween Haunt Date: Wednesday, October 31, 2012 Time: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Location: Lawndale Civic Center Plaza Events and Activities: Haunted House, Reptile Show, Costume Contest, Carnival Games, Food Vendors, Live Entertainment and much, much more. All events and activities are free. Bring the whole family! Street Closures on October 31: W. 147th Street from Hawthorne Blvd. to Burin Avenue and Burin Avenue from De Oro Lane to City Hall South Parking Lot terminus. Affected streets will close at 12 noon and will re-open approximately one hour after conclusion of event. Parking Locations: Parking is available at Smith Elementary School, Hawthorne Blvd. median and west side of City Hall. No time limits for those parking at Hawthorne Blvd. median on October 31 between 4:00 and 9:00 p.m.
