French Maid A spin-off of the popular Kentucky Maid Cocktail, the French Maid Cocktail is a herbal, sweet, subtly spiced drink that is the perfect for a warm summer’s day! Ingredients 1.5 Oz - Cognac 1 Oz - Ginger beer 0.75 Oz - Lime juice 0.75 Oz - Social Syryp Simple syrup 0.25 Oz - Social Syryp Falernum syrup 4 slices - Cucumber 6-8 - mint leaves Mint sprig for garnish Ice Instructions Muddle the cucumber and mint with the simple syrup. Add the rest of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake vigorously, and strain into your serving glass . Garnish with a mint sprig through a cucumber wheel!

It is an essential ingredient in Tiki cocktails including the Mai Tai. Its distinct personality is good in a Tom Collins, it pairs well with tequila in a Charo's Kick and it’s delicious in lemonade.

Brooklyn An unique spin of the popular Manhattan Cocktail, the Brooklyn Cocktail has a few special twists to add nuance. Maraschino cordial mixer and dry vermouth round out the flavour in this drink! Ingredients 1.5 Oz - Rye 1 Oz - Dry Vermouth 0.25 Oz - Social Syryp Maraschino mixer 1-2 dashes - Aromatic bitters Ice Cherries for garnish Instructions Chill a martini glass or coupe. In a mixing glass, add ice, rye, dry vermouth, maraschino mixer, and bitters. Stir rapidly to chill and strain into the chilled glass. Garnish with two cocktail cherries, pierced together on a cocktail skewer

Mai Tai Mai Tai cocktail is probably one of the most famous Tiki drinks. It is a rum-based drink that was invented by Victor J. Bergeron who served to his friends w7ho all exclaimed “maita’i roa ae!” after drinking it, which is Tahitian for ‘out of this world.’! Ingredients 1.75 Oz - Rum 0.75 Oz - Fresh lime juice 0.25 Oz - Orange liqueur 0.25 Oz - Social Syryp Orgeat syrup 0.25 Oz - Social Syryp Simple syrup Fresh mint for garnish Ice cubes Crushed ice Instructions Pour the orange liqueur, rum, syrups and fresh lime into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until frosty (around 30 seconds), strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with crushed ice and garnish with fresh mint.
