Our fruits are cooked over low-heat following Hero's original recipe based on a homemade concept that our great-great-grandmother taught us:
Heat the fruit and sugar together, fill the jars with hot jam, make sure they have an airtight seal and then cool them immediately.
Hero baking jams are produced in Switzerland from carefully selected, ripe fruit.
