Sparkling Night chocolate truffles box In this festive atmosphere, our 70 year anniversary, we have elaborated a casket of chocolate truffles ’sparkling night’ made up of astonishing flavours, combining both traditional tastes and latest trends, which will be a delight for your holiday period. Our new festive casket combines the tradition of our dark truffles to the astonishing taste of our ivory truffles. A casket bringing to the fore our new Riachuelo cocoa plantation chocolate and a mixture of stunning ingredients: tea, honey, lemon, coconut. The savoury and melting ganaches of our truffles reveal all the strength and finesse of our chocolate. For a casket rich in flavours and celebrations.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS Cream truffles Rolled delicately by hand in the cocoa powder, these cream ganaches are prepared with our Riachuelo Plantation chocolate from Brazil. Their flavour of strong and refined chocolate, liberates subtle aromatic notes of grilled cocoa, dried fruits, spicy and tangy notes, soft sweet peppers, and chocolate caramel. Tea, honey and lemon ganache truffles Rolled delicately by hand in the coconut powder, these lemon cream ganaches infused with tea and honey are prepared with rigourously selected ingredients in accordance with our quality commitment to use ‘Noble ingredients’.

A festive packaging In a commemorative way for our 70th anniversary, and at the same time festive for the holiday period, we have broken with the tradition of the dark pattern on a chestnut base to evolve rather towards a silver pattern on a white background sprinkled with chips in the colours of MICHEL CLUIZEL bars. An artistic packaging, modern and original to celebrate these joyful moments.
