Each Plantation proposes a variety of fermentation options, then CLUIZEL’s master Cacaofèviers® select the one that will best reveal the aromatic intensity of each chocolate.
2 • ROASTING
Our Manufacture favors slow, low-temperature roasting that accentuates the flavors of the cocoa beans.
