Harmony Life - December 2020

THANK YOU By Stephanie Milfeld

This year has been hard. Some of us lost our jobs, our businesses, our relationships, our loved ones. Some of us felt how hard it was to transition to digital learning with our children; we felt how hard it was to juggle our jobs and family all under one roof and not being able to leave. We felt the mental toll it took on us to wear a mask and not be able to see a simple smile from someone else in public, or the fact that if our children were able to go back to school, we don’t know what their teacher even looks like. The mental toll of vacations being cancelled or trying to figure out a way to vacation during a pandemic. I have so much to be thankful for this year including my health, my home, my family, but also for all the things I took for granted. I am thankful for the doctors and nurses who work endlessly, for the grocery store workers stocking toilet paper, for the Instacart driver delivering my groceries so I don’t have to go to the store with my kids, for the first responders who haven't blinked twice at doing their job in the ever changing environment, for the teachers

who are working their tail off to continue to give our students the best experience possible while continuing to be asked to do more and more and more without a break…we see you… I see you, and I appreciate it. All of your hard work is not going unnoticed. I am also so beyond thankful for all of YOU who continue to shop small during these trying times, especially for mom and pop businesses. Thank you for thinking of us and shopping local—it really means a lot. Don’t forget to stop in Z and Q – A Children’s Boutique, located at 1037 New York Ave. — open 7 days a week @zandqboutique…and check out these awesome opportunities to visit downtown this month: Dec 5th – Christmas Parade and Craft Show Dec 12th – 10am–2pm – A Christmas Market Downtown St. Cloud

SANTA will be there for pictures and Harmony Community School PTO will be at both this event and the Monthly Market doing gift wrapping for donation. So come down shop and have it wrapped and ready to put under the tree before you even get home!

We Sell Faster and For More Money. 2019 statics from Harmony, Jeanine Corcoran’s average listing time on market 28 days. Normal listing time in Harmony 67 days. Average more $$ per square foot more. We have the secret sauce! Reduced Cost! We’ve brought the buyer in many of our listings. Bringing the buyer means less cost and time on market, and potentially reduced overall commission to the seller. We Know Harmony: No one sells more homes in Harmony than Jeanine or The Corcoran Connection. In the last several years, Jeanine has been involved in the sale of over 200 Harmony homes. That’s 20% of all homes in Harmony! No one sells Harmony better than Jeanine and The Corcoran Connection. Understanding the various CDD, HOAs and all the complexities and amenities can be perplexing. As a Harmony resident since 2005, Jeanine served on the Master HROA Board and her husband serves on the Harmony CDD Board. If we don’t know the answer, we know where, and how, to get it! We know the current and future community, business and government plans and how to use that information to sell your house!
