DP SERIES: the multifunctional tank
The DP series expansion tank is a newly developed multifunctional tank that can be used in both heating and sanitary systems, with a 5-year warranty. Models have a capacity from 5 to 500 litres. The DP series was developed with the aim of simplifying the work of plumbing and heating installers by offering them a single solution regardless of the system in which they have to operate, but above all with the objective of offering the entire supply chain a high-performance and long-lasting quality product. Furthermore, the product’s characteristics, which we will see later, make maintenance practically zero. All this is made possible thanks to:
- the double alimentary butyl membrane (diaphragm plus protective sheath) that covers the entire water side of the vessel so that there is no contact between the water and the vessel fairing;
- the double seal on the crimping of the butyl diaphragm inside the vessel which avoids micro-leakage of air (pre-charge);
- the all-stainless steel water connection which contributes to the guarantee of maximum water wholesomeness; - the self-locking nut for easy installation; - 100% production testing.
The entire DP line complies with the PED 68/2014/UE regulation and can therefore be installed in any heating system, even those with a nominal power output greater than 35kW (a dedicated certificate of conformity is included inside the packaging of all DP vessels).
The DP series is constantly evolving thanks to the rigorous durability tests to which it is subjected by our quality control and technical department. The family is also growing: with the May 2024 edition 49 of the Thermohydraulic pricelist we have added the new DP - 24 PN 16 bar and the new DP horizontal models of 20-24-60 litres, equipped with supports for the pump unit. www.elbi.it

the compact hybrid system without an external unit
Introducing the Murelle Revolution, a groundbreaking innovation in the heating industry. It is the only “all-in-one” hybrid heat pump on the market that eliminates the external unit. This system is fully contained within a sleek wall-hung boiler, making it an ideal solution for replacing traditional boilers, especially with high-temperature radiators. Despite its powerful capabilities, the Murelle Revolution is incredibly compact, with dimensions of 60 x 90 x 39 cm. The system houses a 28 kW condensing boiler paired with a 4 kW air-to-water heat pump, delivering outstanding performance without external components.
This innovation is driven by SIME’s advanced technology, featuring a hermetically sealed refrigerant circuit with two distinct evaporators. The first evaporator extracts heat from the surrounding air, while the second recovers residual energy from the boiler’s exhaust gases, cooling them down to as low as 10°C. This maximizes energy efficiency and minimizes environmental impact.
One standout feature of the Murelle Revolution is its versatility. The heat pump operates by drawing in and expelling air through two 16 cm diameter pipes, making it feasible to install even in historical and culturally significant buildings where traditional external installations are often prohibited due to aesthetic or architectural regulations. Murelle Revolution delivers state-of-the-art heating technology while preserving the visual integrity of buildings.
