And Solomon stood before the altar of YAHUEH in the presence of all the congregation of Israel, and spread forth his hands toward heaven: And he said, YAHUEH Mighty One of Israel, there is no Mighty One like thee, in heaven above, or on earth beneath, who keeps covenant and mercy with thy servants that walk before thee with all their heart: Who hast kept with thy servant David my father that thou promises him: thou spoke also with thy mouth, and hast fulfilled it with thine hand, as it is this day. Therefore now, YAHUEH the Mighty One of Israel, keep with thy servant David my father that thou promised him, saying, There shall not fail thee a man in my sight to sit on the throne of Israel; so that thy children take heed to their way, that they walk before me as thou hast walked before me. And now, O Alahiym of Israel, let thy Word, I pray thee, be verified, which thou spoke unto thy servant David my father. But will Alahiym indeed dwell on the earth? Behold, the heaven and heaven of heavens cannot contain thee; how much less this house that I have built? Yet have thou respect unto the prayer of thy servant, and to his supplication, O YAHUEH my Mighty One, to hearken unto the cry and to the prayer, which thy servant pray before thee today: ~1 Kings 8:22-28
Lift EVERY Voice and
O clap your hands, all peoples; Shout to YAHUEH with the voice of joy. ~Psalm 47:1
Exodus 24:3 Then Moses came and recounted to the people all the words of YAHUEH and all the ordinances; and all the people answered with one voice and said, "All the words which YAHUEH has spoken we will do!" 2 Chronicles 5:13 …in unison when the trumpeters and the singers were to make themselves heard with one voice to praise and to glorify YAHUEH, and when they lifted up their voice accompanied by trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and when they praised YAHUEH saying, "He indeed is good for His lovingkindness is everlasting," then the house, the house of YAHUEH, was filled with a cloud, 2 Chronicles 20:19 The Levites, from the sons of the Kohathites and of the sons of the Korahites, stood up to praise YAHUEH Mighty One of Yishra’Al, with a very loud voice. Ezra 3:11 They sang, praising and giving thanks to YAHUEH, saying, "For He is good, for His lovingkindness is upon Yishra’Al forever." And all the people shouted with a great shout when they praised YAHUEH because the foundation of the house of YAHUEH was laid. Ezra 10:12 Then all the assembly replied with a loud voice, "That's right! As you have said, so it is our duty to do.
Psalm 100:1-4 Shout joyfully to YAHUEH, all the earth. Serve YAHUEH with gladness; Come before Him with joyful singing. Know that YAHUEH Himself is Mighty One; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter His gates with thanksgiving And His courts with praise Give thanks to Him, bless His name. For this is what YAHUEH says: "You were sold for nothing, and without money you will be redeemed." For thus says YAHUEH MIGHTY ONE, "My people went down at the first into Egypt to reside there; then the Assyrian oppressed them without cause. "And now what do I have here?" declares YAHUEH. "For my people have been taken away for nothing, and those who rule them mock," declares YAHUEH. "And all day long my name is constantly blasphemed. "Therefore My people shall know My name; therefore in that day I am the one who is speaking, 'Here I am.'" How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, "Your Mighty One reigns!" Listen! Your watchmen lift up their voices; together they shout for joy. When YAHUEH returns to Zion, they will see it with their own eyes. Burst into songs of joy together, you ruins of Jerusalem, for YAHUEH has comforted his people, he has redeemed Jerusalem.
~ Isaiah 52: 3-9
Opposing View – NO REJOICING DUE TO TRIBULATION Jeremiah 7:34 "Then I will make to cease from the cities of Yahudah and from the streets of Yerushaliym the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride; for the land will become a ruin.
Jeremiah 16:9 For thus says YAHUEH of hosts, the POWER of YishraAl: "Behold, I am going to eliminate from this place, before your eyes and in your time, the voice of rejoicing and the voice of gladness, the voice of the groom and the voice of the bride. Numbers 14:1 Then all the congregation lifted up their voices and cried, and the people wept that night. 2 Samuel 22:7 "In my distress I called upon YAHUEH, Yes, I cried to my POWER; And from His temple He heard my voice, And my cry for help came into His ears. Psalm 18:6 In my distress I called upon YAHUEH, And cried to my POWER for help; He heard my voice out of His temple, And my cry for help before Him came into His ears. Isaiah 40:9 Get yourself up on a high mountain, O Zion, bearer of good news, Lift up your voice mightily, O Jerusalem, bearer of good news; Lift it up, do not fear Say to the cities of Judah, "Here is your Mighty One!"
**Just some encouragement for us as a FAMILY about the importance of giving praise to the Father in ONE VOICE!!!**
accept this truth and allow grace to heal the heart wounds of my past and present.
YAH wants to impact your past, present and future with His grace. When you accept this truth, He grows your faith. Grace is foundational to our faith. A total game changer. And the benefits of this gift are huge. One of the ways grace moves us forward in faith is by healing our heart wounds. Abba YAH is all about healing wounded hearts. His grace empowers me to embrace both the good and the grit of my past and present. Because HE can make all things—every last experience and circumstance—work together for my good if I love Him and trust His sovereignty (Romans 8:28). The psalmist tells us, “He YAH) heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” The word heals in this verse is the Hebrew word rapha which means to mend, to repair, to cure, to purify, to rebuild, to make whole. We regret, we blame, we hide, we bleed, we shame ourselves and walk around wounded. From this place to that place.... A seat here to a seat there. These feelings seem right, but they eat us up from the inside out.
YAH’s plan is healing. He gives us what we do not deserve when he rebuilds our lives in grace… when He cures our sin problem with forgiveness… when He makes our broken hearts whole again. In order for me to experience this healing, I must
Have you allowed the MOST HIGH to heal your heart wounds? I am beginning to. And after my wounded heart is healed, I will prayerfully realize that grace is a more amazing gift than I even knew.
And it is not safe. Grace is uncomfortable. Far from neat and proper, it is messy, inside out, and upside down. It just doesn’t seem right that I can be forgiven and set free from my failures and rebellions. Grace is the apex of our hope because YAHUSHUA is the apex of grace.
He is the perfecting point of connection between our fallen humanity and YAH’s divine forgiveness.
YAHUSHUA HAMASHIACH. Fully man. Fully God. My source of grace.
As for me, I am just a train wreck of a woman. Fully flawed: arrogant, stubborn, and vibrantly aware of the shortcomings that shout my depravity. But meaningfully changed, to the core, by His grace that is greater-than.
I am in desperate need of YAHUSHUA and His grace. And I want to live with a greater-than grace that is intentional to the point that it makes me uncomfortable.

….1 Corinthians 13
Well well look at you now…Well done. Learning to be patient and put up with yourself. But you’re not done yet. Next lesson,
Being Kind. This is a tricky one because we are our own worst enemy. In this letter, the writer is speaking of being useful.
Are you useful to yourself? Strange question right? Let’s look at some scripture. 2 Corinthians 10:1-6. In this section of the letter, Paul is explaining the importance of not looking on people’s appearance. Just because a man is meek and gentle and doesn’t behave unsightly doesn’t mean that the spirit of YAH is not in him. Oh no…to the contrary. A man shouldn’t have to be bold in speech and put on a show for people to understand that YAH’s spirit is in him. But more importantly is verse 5& 6. What are you imagining? Does it exalt itself against YAH? Is that thought useful to you? Our desires can be against what YAH has for us. And they can become so engrained in us that they become a stronghold. But is your stronghold useful to you? Proverbs 18:10 says the name of YAHWEH is a strong tower and its safe. It has a use that’s beneficial while our imagination might not. So stop being so hard on yourself. Are you criticizing your life with the purpose of getting better or motivating yourself or are you wallowing in the mud? If it’s the latter is that a useful thought? Can’t believe your friend did you dirty and you going to get them back? Feeling bitter about a situation that you have no control over? All useless thoughts. Bring all useless thoughts into captivity and put them into subjection to YAH, obey HIS Word and in time avenge yourself of all those useless thoughts. Learning demands change and change is useful.
Shalum.
2 Corinthians 4:7-12 “But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the surpassing power belongs to YAH and not to us. We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying in the body the death of YAHUSHUA, so that the life of YAHUSHUA may also be manifested in our bodies. For we who live are always being given over to death for YAHUSHUA’ sake, so that the life of YAHUSHUA also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. So death is at work in us, but life in you.” What exactly is this treasure that Paul speaks of? If you are like me, you’ve read this verse countless times in the past, but never gave much thought as to what is in the jar of clay. It is evident from these few verses that whatever the contents of the jar may be, it is tied to hardship for the purpose of revealing the power of YAH and bearing witness to the life of YAHUSHUA our Messiah. I believe that taking a look at YAHUSHUA’s reference to the word “jars” will be of extreme help to us in our search for the treasure. Let’s look at the parable of the 10 virgins as recorded in the book of Matthew.
Matthew 25:1-13 “At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish and five were wise. The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them. The wise ones, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps. The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep. At midnight the cry rang out: ‘Here’s the bridegroom!
Come out to meet him!’ Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. The foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out.’ ‘No,’ they replied, ‘there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’ But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut. Later the others also came. ‘Master, Master,’ they said, ‘open the door for us!’ But he replied, ‘Truly I tell you, I don’t know you.’ Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.” The wise virgins took oil in jars along with their lamps. These virgins were prepared unlike their foolish counterparts. Could the oil be the contents of the jars of clay Paul references in his letter to Corinth, and the identity of the treasure? And if so, how does one obtain the oil? Why is it something that cannot be given away and shared with others as the parable notes above? Can the oil be purchased? To answer these questions, let us refer back to the Torah, the books of Moses, to gain understanding of the oil and its use in lamps.
Exodus 27:20 “Command the Israelites to bring you clear oil of pressed olives for the light so that the lamps may be kept burning.” Israel was to make clear oil of pressed olives for use in the lamps of the gold lampstand located in the holy place of the tabernacle. The oil was the fuel necessary to create light and keep the lamps burning. One of the lamps, the ‘western lamp’ was to always remain lit. According to a source on Jewish Encyclopedia.com, “For the best oil in Biblical times the fruit was crushed in a vessel without being pressed very hard. Oil so obtained was used in the Temple.” Olives that have reached full maturation are ideal for producing oil of high quality. Following harvest, olives go through a process known as milling or “pressing” where the oil is extracted from the olive. Before this process can begin, stems and leaves are removed from the olive, and it is usually rinsed with water to remove any debris or dirt. Next, the olives are grind or crushed to a degree that allows for the tearing of “the flesh cells to facilitate the release of the oil.” The process of pressing separates the oil from the rest of the olive segments. If desired, the oil can be go through additional filtering. The production of oil required cleansing, tearing of flesh, and a degree of pressing/crushing. Could this be a physical picture of a spiritual lesson? One that is applicable to our lives as believers in Messiah. Absolutely!
Proverbs 6:23 “For the commandment is a lamp and the Torah a light, and the reproofs of discipline are the way to life.” According to the Proverbs verse above, the commandment is a lamp, a physical vessel, for shining the light of the Torah, which is spiritual (Romans 7:14). The oil required to keep this lamp burning is a product of discipline. Those whom YAH loves, He disciplines (Revelation 3:19). Discipline, whether welcomed or not, comes in the form of tribulation.
Thlipsis (Strong’s 2347): tribulation, persecution, affliction, distress – thlípsis – properly, pressure (what constricts or rubs together), used of a narrow place that “hems someone in”; tribulation Tribulation equals pressure! Just like an olive requires pressing to rid itself of its fleshly components, we, too, require similar pressing to rid ourselves of our fleshly desires, those areas of our lives that are unpleasing to YAH and fall outside of His will for our life. The flesh is unable to submit to Torah and is hostile to YAH (Romans 8:7-8). YAH delights in disciplining us for the purpose of conforming us to His image. We were created to walk according to the Spirit. It is the Spirit that helps us to walk in obedience to the Torah. Times of distress and hardship help bring to light what is in our hearts. Will we humble ourselves and heed the voice of the Spirit, repent, and submit our way to YAH? Or, will we continue in our stubbornness and disobedience, remaining unchanged by our circumstances?
Romans 5:3-5 “Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because YAH’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.” The wise virgins accepted YAH’s discipline and delighted in their sufferings knowing full well what it produced; endurance, character, and hope. These ladies were mature and ready for their Bridegroom when He arrived. The oil they acquired was more than enough to keep their lamps lit during their wait for Him. A lamp that is fully lit is indicative of obedience to the commandments. The wise virgins were bearing the image of their Bridegroom, that of Messiah Himself, who obeyed His Father’s commandments. The foolish virgins did not bring any oil for their lamps. They had chosen not to allow their sufferings and tribulations to be opportunities to conform themselves to the image of the Bridegroom, thus the Bridegroom’s response when they returned, “I do not know you.” When they asked to borrow some of the oil that belonged to the wise, they were refused. Oil needed for the lamp is truly a treasure of great price. It is something that cannot be purchased and cannot be shared. The wise truly understood its eternal value.
2 Corinthians 7:16-18 “So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.” YAHUSHUA faced His hour of tribulation and times of temptation and persecution. He left us an example that we should follow. Though hard pressed on many sides, our lives, like those of the wise virgins, should reveal the power of YAH to endure, the ability to remain faithful and obedient to the commandments, and the character of our Savior and King. Our hope is in the promise that our Bridegroom is soon coming.

that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffs up, but love edifies. And if any man think that he knows anything, he knows nothing yet as he ought to know. But if any man love Yah, the same is known of him” 1 Cor. 8:1-3 Shaul wrote to the Corinthians contrasting knowledge with love! When one acquires knowledge- if it is with the wrong motivation- it will “puff” up the person. The person now showcases what “they” know. They use impressive words and obscure scriptures / resources to show how learned they are. They do this to inflate themselves in the mind of others. This is in exact opposition to love.

The wrong pursuit for knowledge can lead to disastrous results. As students of the Scriptures, we are encouraged to study, but what is our motivation to study? Is it “...to show yourself approved unto Alahiym,” or is it be “in the know”?
Study is a good
thing- it is one of my favorite things to do. However, recently I started to ponder whether the accumulation of knowledge is as important as we make it out to be. The enemy knows more then mankind combined, but he is lost along with his demons. Once we accumulate knowledge of the Word and the Most High- then what do we do with it? Is it for us to boast in or clobber those who lack knowledge?

If we would humbly accept each other that are sincerely trying to serve the Most High to the best of their ability to the best of their knowledge- there would be less isms and schism. This does not mean that where there’s an opportunity to correct or discuss an issue that we shouldn’t, but rather let another person’s salvation in Yahushua be the chief thing. “Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Mashiach Yahushua my Master: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Mashiach” Phil. 3:8

(sincere Believers) are on ONE road. Some are ahead and some are behind; let’s deal with one another with humility and love instead of tearing down each other and potentially becoming a stumbling block against one of His children.
“Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get
understanding.” Mishlei / Proverbs 4:7 “For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. And now abideth faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.” 1 Cor. 13:12-13
“And Yahushua answered and said unto them, EliYah truly shall first come, and Restore all things” Matthew 17:11
With humbleness of hearts and mind may we learn to focus on the chief thing - Mashiach Yahushua being preached as the gospel. We are not called to perfect Thurah, it was done already in one man, but we are called to exercise perfect love and to share salvation. It’s easy to pick out where a person is wrong, but it’s harder to just walk up to a family member, coworker,
“Yahueh your Mighty One in your midst, the Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing. !~ Zephaniah 3:17
For this Melchizedek, the king of Salem, a priest of the Most High POWER, who gave Abraham his blessing, meeting him when he came back after putting the kings to death, 2 And to whom Abraham gave a tenth part of everything which he had, being first named King of Righteousness, and then in addition, King of Salem, that is to say, King of Shalum; 3 Being without father or mother, or family, having no birth or end to his life, being made like the Son of YAH, is a priest forever. 4 Now see how great this man was, to whom our father Abraham gave a tenth part of what he had got in the fight. 5 And it is true that by the law, those of the sons of Levi who have the position of priests may take a tenth part of the people's goods; that is to say, they take it from their brothers though these are the sons of Abraham. 6 But this man, who was not of their family, took the tenth from Abraham, and gave a blessing to him to whom YAH had given his undertaking. 7 But there is no doubt that the less gets his blessing from the greater. 8 Now at the present time, men over whom death has power take the tenth; but then it was taken by one of whom it is witnessed that he is living. 9 And we may say that in Abraham, even Levi, who has a right to take the tenth part, gave it; 10 Because he was still in his father's body when Melchizedek came to him. 11 Now if it was possible for things to be made complete through the priests of the house of Levi (for the law was given to the people in connection with them), what need was there for another priest who was of the order of Melchizedek and not of the order of Aaron? 12 Because if the priests are changed, it is necessary to make a change in the law. 13 For he of whom these things are said comes of another tribe, of which no man has ever made offerings at the altar.
14 Because it is clear that our Lord comes out of Judah, and Moses said nothing about priests from that tribe. 15 And this is even more clear if a second priest has come up who is like Melchizedek, 16 That is to say, not made by a law based on the flesh, but by the power of a life without end: 17 For it has been witnessed of him, You are a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek. 18 So the law which went before is put on one side, because it was feeble and without profit. 19 (Because the “sacrificial law made nothing complete), and in its place there is a better hope, through which we come near to YAH.20 And as this is not without the taking of an oath 21 (For those were made priests without an oath, but this one was made a priest with an oath by him who says of him, YAHUEH gave his oath, which he will not take back, that you are a priest forever); 22 By so much is it a better agreement which we have through YAHUSHUA. 23 And it is true that there have been a great number of those priests, because death does not let them go on forever; 24 But this priest, because his life goes on forever, is unchanging. 25 So that he is fully able to be the Saviour of all who come to YAH through him, because he is ever living to make prayer to YAH for them. 26 It was right for us to have such a high priest, one who is holy and without evil, doing no wrong, having no part with sinners, and made higher than the heavens: 27 Who has no need to make offerings for sins every day, like those high priests, first for himself, and then for the people; because he did this once and for ever when he made an offering of himself. 28 The law makes high priests of men who are feeble; but the word of the oath, which was made after the law, gives that position to a Son, in whom all good is forever complete.
Only one of the seven groupings of YHWH's elect children is used by Mashiach to carry out the final dynamic preaching of the Good News that Yahushua is the New Coming KING!! Although others of the elect may be given awesome gifts from YHWH to work great miracles and perform a great witness, those of Philadelphia seem to be the only ones who are empowered with the gifts shown in 1Corinthians 12:4-11, and Romans 12:6-8, in order to reach out to the world as a whole, both within the body of the elect and through world-wide evangelism: "And to the angel [messenger] of the church in Philadelphia write: These things says he [Yahushua] that is holy, he that is true, he that has the key of David, he that opens, and no man shuts; and shuts, and no man opens; I know your works: behold, I have set before you an open door, and no man can shut it: for you have a little strength, and have kept my word, and have not denied my name" (Rev. 3:7-8 Para.). Notice the emphasis upon having kept YHWH's word and not denying Yahushua's name. The implication is that there has been some particular spiritual trial out of which those of Philadelphia have emerged victorious. It is for this reason that YHWH uses and empowers them to perform a great work for him in the end of the age.
Part of the reward for having the Philadelphia attitude and behavior is to be given an extremely prominent position in the Family and Kingdom of YHWH: a position worthy of great respect and honor: "Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of HaSatan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and bow before your feet, and to know that I have loved you. Because you have kept the word of my patience, I will also keep you from the hour of trial, which shall come upon all the inhabitable earth, in order to try those dwelling on earth. Behold, I come quickly. Hold what you have so that no one takes your crown." (Rev. 3:9-11, Para.). Only those with the Philadelphia attitude and behavior are given a significant measure of protection by YHWH. This does not mean that they are totally free from persecution or even martyrdom, but of all His children, they are the only ones who have major protection promised to them in order for them to proclaim the Good News of the coming Kingdom of YAH, whereas the rest of YAH's elect children will be severely reprimanded by Yahushua through the word of YHWH and the persecution by HaSatan and the world at large in order to try, purify, perfect, and save them from eternal death. "The one who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of My Mighty One, and he shall not go out any more. And I will write the name of my Mighty One on him, and the name of the city of my Power, the New Yerushalyim, which comes down out of heaven from my Mighty One; and my new name.
He who has an ear, hear what the spirit says to the churches" (Rev. 3:12-13, Para.).
Those of Philadelphia may only have a little strength, their resources and numbers may be small, but they are faithful to YAH and his plan for the salvation of humanity. Notice, Yahushua also said that they have kept his commandments; therefore, he will keep them. They are keeping YAH's word, the word of endurance. Those of Philadelphia try hard to practice the kind of endurance that Yahushua displayed. They are people who do not compromise; they endure and firmly keep in mind the goal that YHWH has for them and humanity.
Those of the Philadelphia attitude and behavior are the only ones who have a completely positive description. They are faithfully keeping the word of YHWH, they are not denying Yahushua's name, and they are enduring patiently with persistence. Because of this, they are promised special protection against HaSatan in order to do a mighty work for YHWH, yet there is a serious warning within the message to them.
It is very clear that YHWH wants all the elect to serve him in various ways. The point is that YHWH watches for individuals and even groups of individuals who will take hold of a particular opportunity to serve him. If they act, YHWH uses them in that responsibility. YAH the Father
and Yahushua look at each of those who have been called to salvation as individuals and, if they as individuals will seize the moment and take action, YHWH will use them in his great and awesome plan for the salvation of humanity. From what is written about the church of Philadelphia, it seems that this group of people are in the forefront of proclaiming the gospel message. Because they have a correct attitude toward YHWH and are actively performing the task that they have been given, they receive no correction from Yahushua. In fact, they are spared from the hour of trial that comes upon the whole earth and will receive an incredibly awesome reward for their diligence.
Yahushua warns them to hold on to what they have, so that no one takes their crown. This is not an issue of theft; it is an issue of becoming unworthy to wear the crown.
Yahushua gives responsibilities, opportunities, and physical and spiritual gifts to each of the elect of his Father. If a person performs their responsibility, seizes the opportunity, and properly uses the gifts they have been given, they will be rewarded accordingly; they have a crown reserved for them to wear in the Family and Kingdom of YHWH. But, if they prove themselves unfit, Yahushua will give their task to someone else and they will lose their reward and perhaps their eternal life.
We gotta hold on...we just gotta....:o| ~k
Shalom family!!! So far in reading this particular letter we have found some qualities that love is. Now this one the writer tells us what love is not. Love envies not. When people hear the word envy, they usually associate the word jealous with it. In Exodus 34:14, The Most High himself says that His name is jealous. PROBLEM. Dilemma. Well we have to understand that word envy. It does mean jealous, but it means it in the sense of bearing a grudge. It means it in the sense of harboring malice for a person. In other words, if you can’t forgive, you can’t love. As long as you hold on to grudges, you can’t love. I know many people who allow past experiences dictate the bad behavior shown to other people. Not good. And not showing our Heavenly Father to the world. Past experiences are just that. EXPERIENCES. It’s designed to cause you to grow. So we are instructed to be wise as serpents but gentle as doves (Matthew 10:16). In other words, learn from what you go through…but harbor no malice for those that put you through it. If someone has something that you want, ask them how you can acquire it. Don’t desire what is theirs and begin to hold a grudge because they have and you don’t. (James 4:1-3) This is what happens when our desire goes unchecked. War and strife because of envy. We are told we don’t have because we don’t ask. And when we do ask, it is for the wrong reasons. (Genesis 4:1-10). We see the first case of envy because of an offering. YHWH had respect for Abel’s offering, but not for Cain’s. Instead of asking his brother how he could do better, he became wroth and his countenance fell (verse 5). Time passed, but he never forgave his brother and ended up killing him. Joseph was sold into slavery because his brothers envied him. How many “lives” have you taken by not forgiving? If we are called to show love then envy is something we cannot partake in. So smile. Because when we master this one, we are one more step closer to our goal.
The WORD says, “The body… is not meant for sexual immorality but for Yahueh and Yahueh for the body.”
this much! I’d rather die than live without you.” You are priceless.
— 1 Corinthians 6:13
Now, if you are worth dying for, don’t you think YAH wants you to take better care of yourself? If you bought a million-dollar racehorse, would you feed it junk food and keep it up all night? Of course not! You would protect your investment. The fact is, Yahushua has made an investment in you. He paid for your life with His life, and He expects you to take care of His investment.
My body belongs to YAH. It is His property, not mine. I don’t own it, YAH does. He created my body, and He expects me to use it the way He intended for it to be used. …something is only worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it! You may think your house is worth more, but it’s really only worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it. If you want to know how valuable your life is to YAH, just look at what Yahushua did. With His arms stretched up, nailed to the tree, Yahushua was saying, “This is how valuable you are to Me. I love you
Yahushua paid for my body when He died for me on that tree. You will get the 2.0 version of your body in heaven.
YAH’s Spirit lives in my body.

Juicing with Dandelion Greens
When people hear the word “cleanse” or “detox”, they think of starvation and similar painful experiences. However, there are many simple and safe things you can do to clean your body of toxins and waste. If used regularly, the methods below are highly effective and better than any short-term detox plans.
Prayer and Meditation
Juicing is one of the best natural ways of feeding your body with micronutrients and destroying toxins. Dandelions are a powerful natural diuretic that can flush out salt and water from the body, and they can clean the liver as well. The plant contains essential nutrients the body requires on a daily basis and is antiinflammatory in nature.
Hydrotherapy
Besides cleansing the body, cleansing the mind is also important. Meditation will help you get rid of negative emotions and relax. It doesn’t really matter if you meditate for 5 or 60 minutes – take whatever time you need and just let everything go.
Water Out body consists of a huge amount of water, which makes it important for every cell and function. Water is especially important for our lymphatic system as it expels toxins from the body. Without a proper amount of water in our bodies, we can’t function normally. Experts recommend starting the day with a glass of warm lemon water, and you can add some baking soda for even better results. The beverage will regulate your pH levels and destroy bacteria and toxins in your body.
Dry brush your body first, then enter the shower and alternate between hot and cold showers for a couple of minutes. This hydrotherapy method will boost your blood and lymphatic flow and improve the function of your immune system.
Dry brushing and Rebounding The lymphatic system is a network of nodes, vessels and ducts that run through the body and move lymph throughout it. The lymph is vital for cleaning waste and toxins from the body, so it’s an important part of detoxifying processes. Dry brushing is a simple technique for cleaning and boosting the lymph flow. It consists of using specific circular motions on the skin which move toward the heart. Add some rebounding in the process like in the video below, and you will certainly feel much better.
Stretching The sedentary lifestyle we all lead leaves us almost no time for any kind of physical activity. This is a big problem that is responsible for many diseases and conditions. However, stretching won’t take much of your time, and can significantly boost your blood and lymph circulation. Stretching exercises can relax your muscles and keep your body in tip-top shape, and they can also be done anywhere. Find a few stretching exercises online and start doing them to boost your circulation and expel toxins from your body.
Acupuncture The ancient Chinese Acupuncture therapy involves specific postures and breathing techniques which can clean the body of toxins and boost the energy flow as well. These workouts will only take 10 minutes of your time and will improve your physical and mental performance unlike anything else.
Turn off the news
The TV news are a big money-making industry that feeds on your stress. Depressing and shocking news can upset your mind, which is why you should avoid watching news unless necessary. Instead of spending your time in front of the TV, go for a walk with your friends and you’ll feel much better.
Listening to uplifting music
This method can help you relax and has the same effect on your mind as drinking fresh water has on your body. Find the music you love and simply enjoy it to clean your mind.
Morning Fasting Steam Therapy One of the best ways of getting toxins out of your body is steam therapy. Steam therapy can clean your clogged sinuses and pores easily and effectively. It’s not that hard – just get a humidifier or breathe steam from a hot shower. Even using your stove works – just fill a pot with water, then let it boil, lean over it with a towel over your head and breathe in the steam.
Herbs Some of the best cleansing herbs include peppermint, garlic, milk thistle and borotutu bark. They can detoxify your body and have been known to treat numerous diseases and conditions.
During the day, our body undergoes 3 processes: elimination, appropriation and assimilation. The morning is reserved for elimination, so eating breakfast can impair your body’s ability to expel toxins. Instead of a heavy meal, take a glass of warm lemon water and a smoothie afterwards – this will replenish the nutrients in your body and boost the elimination process.
Oil Pulling Aromatherapy Some plants contain aromatic compounds that can improve your overall mental and physical wellbeing. Aromatherapy has been used as a rejuvenating method for a long time by different cultures and is easy to perform. All you need to do is rub some essential oil on your hands and cup them on your face while inhaling deeply to relax your senses.
This is an ancient technique that can significantly improve the health of your gums and teeth. Just swish a tablespoon of sesame or coconut oil in your mouth for 20 minutes to “pull” out toxins and clean your oral cavity. The technique will also whiten your teeth and improve the lymph flow in your system. After you’re done, spit the oil out.
Foot massage The feet absorb energy and particles, which is why they’re often one of the biggest toxin build-up points. By massaging them with essential oils or lotions, you can eliminate these toxins and improve your overall health.
Vitamin D therapy To get more vitamin D in your body, all you need to do is enjoy the sun. Lack of vitamin D in the body is a serious problem that can cause numerous diseases and conditions which is why vitamin D supplementation is so important. During winter, you can use tanning beds to get the vitamin, but avoid using them too often.
Epsom salt bath Epsom salt is rich in magnesium, a mineral that our cells consist of. Magnesium is involved in over 300 processes in the body, and is very hard to obtain in the standard western diet. Millions of people are magnesium deficient, which is why you should try Epsom salt baths in order to boost your magnesium levels.
As you can see, there are many ways in which you can detox your body easily. All of these methods will cleanse your body and mind and improve your overall health, so you might want to give them a try.
I am His. He is mine. You are His. He is yours. Forever.
Knowing this helps me a lot. It makes me feel secure. Earthly love can be fickle, frail, temporary, and disappointing. Spouses abandon their marriages and families. Parents turn their back on children. Children turn their back on family. Friendships dissolve and change from season to season, city to city. But YAH’s love never leaves. His love is steadfast. It remains. It is unbreakable. Never ending. Unlike the love I experience with people, the Most High’s love will never abandon me. His love is safe and His love endures. Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of YAH: therefore the world knows us not, because it knew him not. ~ 1 John 3:1
~ Psalms 63
For Our Children…
~1 John 4:9-12
WORDS OF LIFE I believe one of the most desperate needs among people is to gain a clear understanding of how YAH sees us. It will revolutionize the way we see ourselves and the way we view others. All believers accept Yahushua's death on the tree as an intellectual reality, but some fail to grasp in their hearts how dramatically His sacrifice impacts our everyday lives. The Passover means that every sin in our past has been washed away, every wound has been healed, and every bondage has been broken. The tide of blood that flowed from Messiah as He prayed has carried away everything that would make us feel guilty, ashamed, bitter, and regretful, and has made possible a life of total freedom, healing, wholeness, and redemption. It gives us a fresh start every single day. . .
Many times, people allow their pasts to define their presents and their futures. I have seen this happen time and time again. I have known women who felt guilty about wanting to have children and thought they did not deserve the joy of motherhood because they had abortions in their pasts. I know divorced people who are afraid to fall in love again because the pain of broken marriage still haunts them. I know businesspeople who will not even try to fulfill their potential because someone stole from them or cheated them out of what they had worked for years ago. I know people who cannot even see their good qualities because they grew up being told they were stupid, worthless, irresponsible, or ugly.
Perhaps you also know people who have suffered these same situations or something similar. Maybe I’ve even described you. Now is the time—I mean right now, this minute—to make up your mind that your past no longer matters, unless you are using it as a learning tool. When it doesn’t matter much, it can’t influence you. Until the past is rendered impotent in your mind, it will affect the way you see yourself, the way you view others, and the way you think about your future, whether you realize it or not. It’s time for that to stop. Yahushua said, “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:32, emphasis added). Here’s the truth: Your past does not belong to you. It does not have to haunt you or hover over your mind anymore. It belongs to YAH and that’s why He can rewrite it as He chooses. A Devotional
Job 22:28: You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; so light will shine on your ways. Scriptures are replete with principles that support the power of the tongue. This Scripture refers to your royal anointing—the favor YAH has poured over you because you belong to Him. It reminds me of the story when Samuel went to David and poured anointing oil over his head to signify he would be the next king of Yishra’Al. Samuel didn't bring him a crown, but anointed him with oil—a symbol of the Holy Spirit and YAH's blessings and approval. It was many years later before David actually wore that crown, but from the moment he was anointed, he was already a king in YAH's eyes. Good things began to happen to him almost immediately because he started looking at his world through eyes of blessing rather than eyes of failure. Even as he overcame the lion and the bear, he knew he could overcome giants. And just as he took authority and overcame everything that threatened his ascent to the throne, you must take authority and overcome everything that threatens your ascent into the realm of success and prosperity. Peter tells us we belong to "a royal priesthood" (1 Peter 2:9). The word royal speaks of our kingly attributes as Believers. Remember, Yahushua Ha’Mashiach’s King of kings—He is the capital "K" King and we are the lowercase "k" kings. You must manifest your royal anointing to decree blessings over your marriage, family, business, ministry, and every other realm of your life. The whole universe is waiting for us to give it instruction. As the WORD says, "For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of YAH" (Romans 8:19). The whole universe waits in anticipation for the sons and daughters of YAH to manifest themselves and bring it back into alignment with YAH's original intent for them. Every word you speak is pregnant with regal, creative power.
The first to illustrate this was YAH Himself. According to Hebrews 11:3 (ESV): "the universe was created by the word of YAH, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible." In the book of Genesis, chapter one, at the beginning of each day of the creation story, we see: "And YAH said, 'Let there be...'" YAH spoke out what He had seen in His mind as He had dreamed about creating the universe, and when He spoke, the earth, all the planets, the sun,
moon, and stars, as well as every plant, animal, and humanity itself appeared just as He had seen us all in His mind's eye. YAH spoke, and from "nothingness" came everything that exists in the physical universe. James, the brother of Yahushua, told a parable of how this is to work in our lives: For we all stumble in many ways. And if anyone does not stumble in what he says, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle his whole body. If we put bits into the mouths of horses so that they obey us, we guide their whole bodies as well. Look at the ships also: though they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are guided by a very small rudder wherever the will of the pilot directs. So also the tongue is a small member, yet it boasts of great things.—James 3:2-5 ESV When a ship sets sail to cross the sea, the pilot plots out the course. Then he determines the times he will need to adjust the direction of the ship to follow the course he has set. He checks his calculations from time to time to ensure he is always headed in the right direction, and then he keeps the steering as steady as possible heading towards his predetermined destination. Certainly along the way he may have to adjust the helm to go around storms, navigate currents, or avoid obstacles in the water, but he always steers with his focus more on where he is going than what he is going through. If he constantly changes the steering from one minute to the next fixated on his present circumstances, the ship is more likely to go in circles than it is to arrive at the desired port of call. For the pilot, the course is created first in his thoughts, communicated through the rudder, and then realized as the rest of the ship lines up with his intent. For us, our lives only arrive at our desired goals if we line up our thoughts, words, habits, and actions in a similar way. You must take the time to carefully consider your course. Where are you heading? What will it look like when you get there? Let your imagination take over. Spend time daydreaming about where you want to be in life. Read about it. Study that place. Write about it in your journal. Draw it. Paint it. Let your mind run free with the possibilities of what you could attain. What will it take to get there? Are there skills you will need to acquire? Are there people who live in that place that you can learn from? How did they get there? What paths did they take? Are there habits that you should form that will keep you on course?
Now talk about it. Line up your mouth—the rudder of your life—with where you are going. Then keep it steady and on course. What happens to a ship if you head it in one direction at one moment, and then turn it in the opposite direction in the next—and keep doing that over and over? Pretty simple—it goes nowhere. This is what happens when people start speaking about the good things they are expecting to happen one minute, and then spend the next half hour talking about all the negative things happening to them that are keeping them from getting there. They are turning their lives in circles. They line up their spoken words with where they want to go for a little while, then when they meet a storm along the way, all they do is talk about the bad weather and lose track of where they were headed in the first place. They forget that they have the power to turn their lives around the storm or press on through it to the sunshine on the other side. They forget that the "Son" has never stopped shining on their lives, no matter how dark the clouds in the sky are. Even in the midst of what looks like catastrophe, keep speaking the blessing, keep the ship of your life on a steady course, and before you know it the storm clouds will clear and you will have broken through your difficulty and left it far behind you.
Tell Your Troubles Where to Go Your every decree is infused with the power and potential to change your life. Psalm 2:7-8 indicates that YAH utilizes this prerogative, and grants the same to His earthly ambassadors: I will declare the decree:" YHWH has said to Me, 'You are My Son, today I have begotten You. Ask of Me, and I will give You...'" David used his right to decree and declare to turn the tides of Yishra’Al's unfavorable fate and to defeat their enemy Goliath. In the book of 1 Samuel 17:46-51, David addresses his enemy with conviction and authority: "This day YHWH will deliver you into my hand, and I will strike you and take your head from you. And this day I will give the carcasses of the camp of the Philistines to the birds of the air and the wild beasts of the earth, that all the earth may know that there is a Mighty One in Yishra’Al. Then all this assembly shall know that YHWH does not save with sword and spear; for the battle is ABBA's, and He will give you into our hands." So it was, when the Philistine arose and came and drew near to meet David, that David hurried and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. Then David put his hand in his bag and took out a stone; and he slung it and struck the Philistine in his forehead, so that the stone sank into his forehead, and he fell on his face to the earth. So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone, and struck the Philistine and killed him...David ran and stood over the Philistine, took his sword...out of its sheath...and cut off his head with it.
And when the Philistines saw that their champion was dead, they fled. Remember, according to Proverbs 18:21, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit." Choose to use your tongue to bring life and not death, to bless and not to curse—even when it comes to your "enemies." Learn the art of blessing, for in blessing a thing or a person, that thing or person must bless you. "Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse" (Romans 12:14). When you bless, blessings will be drawn to you, or as Deuteronomy 28:2 says, "blessings shall come upon you and overtake you." Conversely, in cursing a thing or a person, you draw curses upon yourself. Again, as James said: "A double-minded man (is) unstable in all his ways" (James 1:8). What did he mean? A double-minded person is a person with conflicting thoughts—someone who holds two different opinions at the same time. That person is the pilot who steers his ship towards one port for a while, then reverses to steer it towards another in the opposite direction. "He...is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind" (James 1:6). At one point your life is headed towards blessings because that is what you have spoken, and the next it is headed towards cursing because that is now what your mouth is proclaiming. James again describes this pilot's plight later in his letter: With it (the tongue) we bless our YAH and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of YAH. Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so.—James 3:9-10 I am convinced that Believers tend to live beneath the standard YAH has ordained for His children because of ignorance. We do not know that our daily declarations and decrees have the power to alter our destiny and change the quality of our lives. Proverbs 13:3 states that "He who guards his mouth (watches what he says) preserves his life." Or again as James said, "If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect (mature) man, able also to bridle the whole body" (James 3:2). If guarding your words causes you to keep your life and grow in maturity, imagine what happens when you do not guard your words?
Speak Out Your Blessings Hosea 8:7 states, "They sow the wind and reap the whirlwind." This demonstrates the powerful nature of words. Whatever you sow will come back to you multiplied. Do not be deceived, YAH is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.—Galatians 6:7-8 I decree and declare that you dwell in the secret place of the Most High YAH and dwell under the shadow of the Almighty, and everything that is misaligned I command to come into divine alignment. • That you have the mind of YAHUSHUA and therefore seek things above and not beneath. • That you ascend into new realms of power and authority and access new dimensions of revelation from YAH. • That you wear the helmet of salvation to protect your mind from negative thoughts that would derail YAH's purposes and plans for you. • Today is the dawning of a new day. Your season of frustration and failure is over, and you walk in a season of obedience. Old things have passed away; all things have become new. • That Psalm 25:21 minister to you, "Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on Thee." • That your thoughts are governed only by things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse (Philippians 4:8-9 The Message).
