Hundreds of authors have written hundreds of books on the subject of personal success. Some good, some not so good. The father of personal success literature was Napoleon Hill. He emerged on the scene in 1908 when, as part of an assignment to create a series of articles on successful men, he interviewed Andrew Carnegie. It was Carnegie’s belief that success was universal and could be defined by a simple formula. He challenged Hill to identify that formula. Hill then set out to interview the most successful and influential people of the era, including, among many, Henry Ford, F. W. Woolworth and Alexander Graham Bell. The result of that research became the foundation of several Napoleon Hill books. His most popular was “Think and Grow Rich.” I have read it several times, and my original, dogeared copy still sits on my desk today. Among the many traits Hill identified as common to successful people include the ability to develop a clear, decisive plan, the willingness to work harder than others and the tenacity to battle through setbacks. I was struck most by Hill’s observation that all successful people share an additional trait—a burning desire to succeed. This, more than anything, became my driving force in the creation of AMSOIL. Absolutely nothing was going to stand in my way. It’s up to the individual, of course, to embrace Hill’s principles, and I certainly can’t assure any measure of success for those who do. But I can assure all AMSOIL Dealers that this company will remain steadfastly committed to helping you succeed. AMSOIL will continue to provide the best products in the industry. We have been setting the standard since 1972, and that is certainly not going to change. The quality of our products is what sets us apart from other lubricant manufacturers. The word average is

4

not in our vocabulary. While others set their prices and then formulate accordingly, we formulate accordingly and then set our prices. At AMSOIL, quality will always come first. AMSOIL will continue along the path of sound decision-making and financial responsibility. We will continue to reinvest in the company in those areas where growth dictates we should, and we will refrain from spending foolishly in those areas where prudent thought dictates we shouldn’t. The decisions I make, along with our executive vice presidents Alan Amatuzio and Dean Alexander, are made through personal commitments to see AMSOIL prosper. We have too much of ourselves invested in this company to allow anything to hinder its progress. AMSOIL will maintain its position as a leader in integrity. We have gained the respect of the entire industry, not only through our commitment to quality, but through our honest, straightforward approach to business as well. The companies that deal with AMSOIL know exactly what they will get from us. We tell it like it is, pay our bills on time and treat others as we expect to be treated. We make no deceptive advertising claims and don’t hide behind marketing ploys. With AMSOIL, what you see is what you get. AMSOIL will continue to support its Dealer network in every way possible. This company made a commitment to our Dealers in 1973, and we will never waiver from that commitment. We will remain dedicated to providing the types of support and creative training opportunities you need to succeed in your business. I can’t

think of another company that goes further in that regard. And AMSOIL will continue to invest in all ways feasible to support your efforts through our advertising and other brand-building strategies. This company was built on a Dealer foundation, and it’s on that foundation that our future rests. We have said no to big-box stores and national franchise chains. We have preserved the business opportunity for our Dealers and have always trusted our Dealers to rise to the challenge. That trust remains. Take advantage. Your success is in your hands, and with enough desire, absolutely nothing will stand in your way.

Diesel engines are packaged in all vehicle shapes and sizes, from pickups to semis and farm tractors to log splitters. Diesel equipment is designed to work hard, and hard-working diesels need special lubricants to protect them. Whether it’s a logging truck, a cattle carrier or your contractor buddy down the road, these people punish their trucks. That’s why you need to introduce them to AMSOIL synthetic diesel oils, the best insurance for one of their most valuable assets. Look around and see how vast the diesel market is. It’s right there in your neighborhood. They’re waiting for you.

EXTENDED DRAIN INTERVALS

HEAVY-DUTY BY-PASS FILTRATION SYSTEM

As a new Dealer, I have been using your oil that is supposed to last 25,000 miles. I change it around 10,000 miles because it looks black. Am I wasting the oil by changing it early? I have to add a quart every 5,000 miles. I never added oil before using regular oil. I want to sell this oil, but if I do not feel comfortable going 25,000 miles how can I convince someone they should use your oil? Does it keep its viscosity even if it’s turning black? I have a 2011 GMC Sierra. I have had it since it was new. I have 78,000 miles now. I do not want to void my extended warranty that I paid $1,800 for. I cannot remember if they said they wouldn’t honor the warranty if I do not use the manufacturer’s recommended oil.

Would any consideration be given by AMSOIL to produce a brochure for the Heavy-Duty By-Pass Filtration System (BMK30) and Ea® Heavy-Duty By-Pass Filter (EABP120), similar to the DUALGARD® Oil Filtration System brochure (G1063)? This excellent product is very competitive both in price and performance. I believe AMSOIL Dealers working in the heavy-duty equipment market have a tremendous advantage with this product. With my first installation of the BMK30 system on a diesel engine, we were able to achieve an ISO cleanliness code of 16/15/12. This is nothing short of a worldclass standard of filtration and lubrication.

Thanks,

Sincerely,

Durrell Weber

Brad Wills AMSOIL: Your oil’s color change is normal and caused by the oil doing its job – cleaning components, suspending contaminants and preventing them from agglomerating. It does not indicate a viscosity change or the need to change the oil before its recommended drain interval. Consuming one quart of oil every 5,000 miles is not a cause for concern. AMSOIL guarantees its Signature Series line for up to 25,000 miles/one year of service. That guarantee has been in place since 1972. With more than 40 years of proving it in the lab, on the road and in countless customers’ vehicles, you can be confident in our extended-drain recommendations. Nonetheless, some people are uncomfortable with drain intervals of such length. AMSOIL XL and OE synthetic motor oils offer excellent protection and performance over drain intervals those customers are more comfortable with. Your warranty will not be affected by using AMSOIL synthetic motor oil. A federal law called the Magnuson-Moss Act prevents manufacturers from requiring the use of any specific product or service unless the manufacturer provides that product or service free of charge.

DEALER LOCATOR I don’t understand why my name cannot be on the Dealer Locator because I haven’t sold enough. Think about it. When a Dealer has trouble getting the product sold, keeping his name off the Locator sure doesn’t help. You have customers driving right past them to get to a Dealer much further away. It may even cause some customers to say to themselves, I’ll just go to the auto store and buy Mobil instead. Thanks,

Steve Lindberg AMSOIL: The minimum requirements to be listed on the Dealer Locator are simply a way of ensuring people who contact AMSOIL INC. looking for product in their areas are connected with an active Dealer who will take care of their needs. The minimum requirements of earning at least $10 in commissions in the past six months and adding at least one new personally sponsored customer or maintaining five current personally sponsored customers in the past six months are reasonable,

especially when T-1 Certified Dealers receive buying customers and quality leads from AMSOIL.

AMSOIL PERFORMANCE When I first heard AMSOIL claims regarding increased protection and fuel economy and decreased wear, I questioned some people who did not have high opinions about AMSOIL. I asked if this was firsthand knowledge or hearsay information. Their reply was that it was second- and thirdhand. So even though I was skeptical to say the least, I decided to do my own testing on my own personal and company vehicles. I could not have been happier with the results. My Ford service trucks experienced easier starting during cold Chicago winters and an increase in mileage. Even my wife noticed the difference in performance. I have even started using AMSOIL products in my Harley. Since that time, I have become an AMSOIL Dealer and have begun offering and using all AMSOIL lubricants and products in my railroad customers’ equipment, as well as my family and mobile maintenance personal customers’ vehicles with complete satisfaction. This has allowed me to expand my business in areas I had not even considered before, so much so that I have plans to open a shop that will feature AMSOIL as our recommended lubricants. Best Regards,

Jim Dulski AMSOIL: Thank you for sharing your story. We’re glad to hear about your success and look forward to seeing your business continue growing.

New diesel specifications are coming. Fuel economy will be a major factor in the new requirements.

Mark Nyholm | PRODUCT MANAGER, HEAVY DUTY Fuel economy has been the topic of discussion in many Tech Talks over the past four years. Federal CAFE (Corporate Average Fuel Economy) regulations aimed at improving fuel economy and reducing vehicle emissions in passenger cars and light-duty trucks have challenged automakers to improve their offerings or face fines. And original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) are looking to oil formulators and manufacturers to help them wring out every last tenth of a mile per gallon in their vehicles to avoid CAFE charges. But maybe you haven’t been thinking about fuel economy lately. Just a few weeks ago, the price for a gallon of gasoline here in Superior, Wis. dropped to $1.85. At that price, what do a couple extra miles per gallon matter? I’m not an oil futures analyst, but I doubt we’ll see fuel prices remaining around $2 a gallon for years to come, so fuel economy will remain a subject of continual conversation. While much of the CAFE attention has been directed at the passenger-car industry, on- and off-road big rigs have seemingly escaped the same scrutiny. But that is soon going to change, as a new proposed motor oil category (currently called PC-11) for the heavyduty vehicle industry is in the works. PC-11 is being spearheaded by the Engine Manufacturers Association (EMA) to address the many changes taking place in the heavy-duty industry through a new performance category intended to supersede API CJ-4. Whereas API CJ-4 focused primarily on reducing diesel emissions to meet increasingly strict pollution limits, the

new category will, for the first time, include fuel economy regulations. That means millions of vehicles equipped with large diesel engines – from overthe-road tractor trailers to off-road farm and construction equipment – will be facing tougher mpg requirements. Vehicle and fleet owners will need advice to understand how the new heavy-duty motor oil category will affect their equipment. That’s good news for AMSOIL Dealers.

compatible with older engines. PC-11B oils will include lower-viscosity oils than those under the current CJ-4 classification and will be designed for use in newer engines only.

New challenges await engine designers and oil formulators to create higher-performing products that increase efficiency without jeopardizing engine protection. In the passenger-car world, the trend is for lower-viscosity oils as they provide less resistance and require less energy to be pumped through an engine’s network of parts. The main concern with these thinner oils, however, is that they are thinner! Yet, they are still tasked with providing robust engine protection under extremely demanding operating conditions. Imagine a low-viscosity oil circulating through a multi-ton piece of highway construction equipment as it rolls over rough terrain for 10-12 hours a day for months on end. That lowviscosity oil better be good.

The PC-11B diesel oils will be called something different enough to reduce confusion and misapplication, such as API FA-4 or FA-1, and will cover the new lower-viscosity category. These new oils will provide the same wear protection and will be required to pass the same tests as PC-11A, but will only be recommended in newer engines for improved fuel economy. The main difference between PC-11A and PC-11B oils will be HTHS (HighTemperature/High-Shear) viscosity, which tracks better with fuel economy than straight viscosity measurements.

Lower-viscosity oils will increasingly be recommended by equipment manufacturers for new engines. Alternatively, older engines were designed to run on thicker oils. Therefore, it is anticipated that the PC-11 category will be subdivided into PC-11A and PC-11B. The former will fall within the viscosity limits set currently and will also be backward-

PC-11A oils may be designated API CK-4, the next letter after CJ-4, and will have the same viscosity limits for diesel oils we all use today and will be backward-compatible with older engines.

It is expected that initial licensing for the new PC-11 oils will occur sometime between late 2016 and early 2017. The heavy-duty diesel market is a giant one – literally – and the new PC-11 regulations will open many doors for AMSOIL Dealers to serve this market by providing the industry’s best lubricants and service.

NEW PACKAGING AND ZEROED-IN MARKETING INCREASE APPEAL OF AMSOIL SYNTHETIC METRIC MOTORCYCLE OIL AMSOIL 10W-30 and 10W-40 Synthetic Motorcycle Oil (MCT, MCF) boast new packaging and a sharper marketing focus. Their formulations and pricing remain unchanged. With the introduction of new AMSOIL Synthetic Metric Motorcycle Oil, AMSOIL now boasts three distinct synthetic motorcycle oil lines: V-Twin, Metric and Dirt Bike. See pages 10-11 for a complete rundown.

METRIC MARKET SEGMENTS The metric motorcycle market is divided into three segments that each require a focused sales approach. • Metric Sport Bikes • Metric Cruisers • Metric Touring

METRIC SPORT BIKES Metric sport bikes, commonly called “crotch rockets,” include the Kawasaki Ninja 250R, Suzuki GSX R1000, Yamaha YZF-R1 and similar bikes*. Riders value the excitement and thrill of piloting a high-powered bike through city streets or on winding roads. They’re often thrillseeking males, ages 18-35, who thrive on the rebellion and independence inherent to owning a sport bike. Selling to Sport Bike Owners Sport bike enthusiasts want wet-clutchcompatible lubricants that deliver consistent shift performance. The high speeds and rpm at which sport bike riders travel can cause oil to foam, so they need lubricants that offer superior foam control.

8

| MAY 2015 M A G A Z I N E

AMSOIL Synthetic Metric Motorcycle Oil helps riders push their bikes to the edge. Its advanced synthetic technology maximizes engine responsiveness while delivering excellent wet-clutch compatibility for smooth shifts. By controlling foam, it helps riders confidently push their engines toward the red line for maximum speed, acceleration and cornering ability.

METRIC CRUISERS Metric cruisers include the Honda Shadow, Yamaha V-Star, Kawasaki Vulcan and Suzuki Boulevard*. Owners are often first-time motorcycle owners and they favor metric cruisers for their affordability and uniqueness compared to Harley-Davidson, Victory or Indian bikes*. For many, owning a metric cruiser represents the start of a new hobby and they spend time customizing their bikes with saddle bags, extended forks, oversized rear tires and paint jobs. Showing off their bikes is nearly as important as riding them. Many are part of their local bagger or chopper subculture.

Selling to Metric Cruiser Owners Like sport bike enthusiasts, metric cruiser riders value engine responsiveness, power and speed. They also value superior handling, easy shifting and reliability. Highlight AMSOIL Synthetic Metric Motorcycle Oil’s ability to deliver smooth, confident shifts and excellent wear protection. By resisting extreme heat and helping cool hot engines, it promotes peace of mind and confidence.

METRIC TOURING The Honda Goldwing represents the prototypical metric touring bike*. Riders tend to be older and more affluent. They value comfort, luxury and the adventure associated with long, cross-country trips. They ride primarily to relax and see the country. Fittingly, they focus on their bike’s reliability and safety. Selling to Metric Touring Bike Owners Focus on the ability of AMSOIL Synthetic Metric Motorcycle Oil to enhance reliability by delivering

AMSOIL MOTORCYCLE PRODUCTS:

SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

Dirt Bike and V-Twin Oils fill out the AMSOIL Synthetic Motorcycle Oil line. With the introduction of several new and repackaged motorcycle products this year, including Synthetic Metric Motorcycle Oil, AMSOIL offers something for every type of biker, from motocross racers and off-road riders to V-twin and metric enthusiasts. AMSOIL motorcycle products deliver the power, performance and protection that every biker wants, no matter the motivation for getting on the bike.

An extensive combination of lab and track testing and rider feedback resulted in the final formulation of AMSOIL Synthetic Dirt Bike Oil. For more information on how it was developed and tested, see the January 2015 AMSOIL Magazine, available in the Dealer Zone (Home > Business Tools > Literature > Publications > AMSOIL Magazine).

DIRT BIKE

Trail riders typically ride with friends off-road or on designated trails, and a majority of them engage in serious trail riding. Motocross riders compete in amateur races, hare scrambles and enduros and are inclined to travel long distances and spend money on their sport.

To satisfy the demand for dirt-bikespecific oil, AMSOIL developed Synthetic Dirt Bike Oil in three viscosities, including 10W-40 (DB40), 10W-50 (DB50) and 10W-60 (DB60). AMSOIL Synthetic Dirt Bike Oil is designed to deliver consistent clutch feel and improve the performance of both bike and rider. Superior clutch consistency lets off-road (trail) riders expertly navigate trail obstacles without sacrificing momentum, helping them stay at the front of the pack. It also allows motocross racers the control needed to accurately time the gate drop to grab the holeshot. Although clutch consistency is the main benefit of Synthetic Dirt Bike Oil, its superior performance helps riders become more accomplished and confident on their bikes through mastering new riding techniques and taking on tougher terrain. As confidence builds, riders will ride faster, better and more aggressively, leading to success on the trail for off-road riders and improved track times and more wins for motocross racers.

What Sets it Apart AMSOIL Synthetic Dirt Bike Oil is unique in that it was developed specifically to offer a level of clutch consistency for dirt bikes that has never been pursued by other lubricant manufacturers.

lubricants, AMSOIL Synthetic Motorcycle Oil provides superior primary chaincase, transmission and engine protection in one convenient package. SAE 60 Synthetic Motorcycle Oil AMSOIL SAE 60 Synthetic Motorcycle Oil is a premium oil for early model air-cooled V-twin engines specifying a 60-weight motor oil. It is specially formulated to excel in wet-clutch lubrication, extreme-pressure protection of gears and preventing rust common to short drives and storage.

What Sets it Apart AMSOIL 20W-40 Synthetic V-Twin Motorcycle Oil is one of the only fullsynthetic 20W-40 motorcycle oils on the market, giving Victory and Indian riders a premium alternative to manufacturerbranded semi-synthetic oils. AMSOIL Synthetic V-Twin Transmission Fluid and Synthetic V-Twin Primary Fluid offer peace of mind and enjoyment of the ride. They also offer a secondary option for bikers who shy away from multi-use lubricants. AMSOIL 20W-50 Synthetic Motorcycle Oil and SAE 60 Synthetic Motorcycle Oil are premium options for early and late-model Harley-Davidson riders who question the value of OEM-branded parts and accessories.

NEW ANTIFREEZE/COOLANT LINE EXPANDS OPPORTUNITIES FOR DEALERS AMSOIL introduces new Propylene Glycol Antifreeze & Coolant formulation and two new ethylene glycol-based antifreeze/coolants.

A vehicle’s engine generates enough heat to destroy itself, and it is up to the cooling system to keep the engine within a safe operating temperature range. Preventive maintenance, including fluid maintenance, is essential to extending radiator and engine life and keeping them in top working order. The new line of premium AMSOIL Antifreeze/Coolants provides outstanding protection for cooling systems. It includes a new formulation for Propylene Glycol Antifreeze & Coolant (ANT) and two new ethylene glycol-based coolants: Passenger Car/Light Truck Antifreeze & Coolant (ANTPC) and Heavy-Duty Antifreeze & Coolant (ANTHD). The two ethylene glycol coolants are pre-mixed with 50 percent water. The propylene glycol coolant is a concentrate and not diluted with water. All three products provide pricing and drain interval recommendations that are better aligned with the current market, providing increased opportunity for Dealers to increase sales and break into new markets. WITH JEREMY MEYER

Last year we announced our Official Oil partnership with MMI on the institute’s motorcycle and marine campuses. We knew AMSOIL would have a great impact in the classroom, supporting and educating future motorcycle and marine technicians. Along with a strong scholarship program, crossmarketing at several events and first-hand product knowledge, the long-term benefits to the students and AMSOIL will be significant.

Detroit Double Down Team AMSOIL runs the table in the Motor City. Monster Energy Supercross switched from the West Coast to the East Coast in March, and with the change in scenery came an onslaught of orange as KTM riders dominated the top spots in the 450 and 250 classes. Detroit was a little different, and red became the color of choice as Team AMSOIL teammates Eli Tomac and Justin Bogle swept the podium. Tomac secured his second career 450 victory with a dominating performance, winning by more than 11 seconds over points leader Ryan Dungey. It marked his fifth podium of the year, but his first win since Phoenix in February. “It’s been a long time coming,” said Tomac. “It was just a day that was clicking for me from the beginning. Ten rounds is a long time between wins when you want something so bad. It was nice to get it.”

After five consecutive podium finishes to start the Monster Energy Supercross East Coast Lites series, Bogle broke through with his first win of the season at Ford Field. The defending East Coast Series champion had finished second in three of the previous five events before finally breaking through with the win in Detroit. “I had fun,” said Bogle after the race. “That’s really all it was. My starts have been good and I’ve been riding well, but I just needed to go out there and have fun. I have a No. 1 on my bike for a reason.” The 2015 Monster Energy Supercross season wraps up May 2 in Las Vegas. The GEICO/AMSOIL/Honda team will start its 2015 AMA Outdoor National Motocross season May 16 in Sacramento, Calif.

AMSOIL representatives recently spent a day at the MMI campuses in Phoenix and Orlando, and we had the opportunity to see some short-term results. We brought in race teams, had contests for the students, handed out scholarships and had the opportunity to work hand-inhand with both the instructors and the students. What we saw was a great mix of enthusiasm, experience and opportunity. A vast majority wanted to know more about AMSOIL products, where to buy them and what our involvement was going to be at the schools. Most were excited to know that they would be leaving their classrooms with first-hand knowledge of AMSOIL products and lubrication training from the industry leader. That enthusiasm is contagious, and we’re excited to be part of training the next generation of powersports mechanics and how that will help shape our future and theirs.

20 Years of Touring Street Rodder Road Tour hits milestone year. When asked 20 years ago who wanted to be the lead driver in the newly established Street Rodder Road Tour, Jerry Dixey was the first to raise his hand. Two decades

later, he continues to lead packs of streetrod enthusiasts across the nation with stops at National Street Rod Association (NSRA) and National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) events, as well as other major car shows along the way. AMSOIL continues to be a sponsor of the tour, which starts June 5 in Los Angeles and features eight separate week-long tours wrapping around the country. The last leg of the tour concludes at the

NHRA California Hot Rod Reunion in Bakersfield, Calif. October 17-25. Dixey will be out front in the driver’s seat of this year’s Road Tour car – a 1961 Ford Sunliner convertible built by Hollywood Hot Rods in Burbank, Calif. Bealko Bags Ironman Team AMSOIL wins Pro Stock final in New Orleans. Team AMSOIL racer Kevin Bealko made the move of his career in 2011 when he started racing in the IHRA Mountain Motor Pro Stock class, but he made the quickest moves of his career in midMarch when he won his first career IHRA Ironman trophy in Port Allen, La.

the semi-finals is never our best-case scenario. I got an awful long light before I left, but the car went right down there and I was just thinking, ‘my crew’s gonna kill me if I don’t get in front of him.’ I did, and by the grace of God, we had a nice win.”

Bealko has been dialing in his 2014 Jerry Haas Camaro for the past year, and his hard work paid off at the IHRA Nitro Jam Mardi Gras Nationals as the West Virginia coal miner qualified seventh before working his way past Gary Goforth and AMSOIL teammate John DeFlorian, Jr. in the first two rounds. In the final, he pulled a 6.272 second/224.71 mph run over J.R. Carr on his way to his first career Pro Stock win.

The win in Port Allen marks the second win in less than a year for the Black Diamond Motorsports (BDM) team. DeFlorian became a winner shortly after AMSOIL partnered with BDM in 2014, taking home the win in San Antonio.

“It was a big win for us,” said Bealko. “Having to race my teammate, John, in

Stop and think. Steering your thoughts can help steer your future.

Rob Stenberg | DIRECTOR, DEALER SALES As I was contemplating, or thinking, about what to write for this month’s column, I began to wonder about subject matter to cover. I was thinking about the many good subjects we could discuss, ponder, debate and “flesh out.” We could discuss preparing for the motorcycle season that most of the country is just launching into, landscaping operations that are always a great potential client or simply the marine season that is also upon many of us as the seasons change. Then I started thinking – am I overthinking the subject matter? How do I keep this month’s topic fresh? What is an important message for Dealers? What will bring the Dealers who read this column the most value? My mind was swirling with thoughts. Thinking, after all, is hard work. That is why most people don’t do it. A few statistics about thinking came to mind that go like this: 2% of the people think 3% of the people think they think 95% of the people would rather die than think! I think these statistics are pretty darn close. I don’t think any of us think as much as we need to, and I know that I am at the top of this list! So, I decided that maybe since I was thinking so much, a column on thinking would be a bit different than anything done in this column before. John Maxwell wrote a book called “Thinking for a Change” that I have been re-reading. It outlines 11 ways that highly successful

22

| MAY 2015 M A G A Z I N E

people approach life and work. Understanding the value of good thinking is the first step to making any change you want to see in your life, whether it is better relationships with family and friends or increasing the success of your AMSOIL business. Here are just a few thoughts from that book: “What one thing do all successful people have in common? What one thing separates those who go to the top from those who never seem to get there? The answer is…Good Thinking! The challenge can be changing from negative thinking to positive thinking, which isn’t always easy, especially if you have a difficult time with change. The number one challenge when making this change in thinking is a person’s feelings. They want to change, but they don’t know how to get past their emotions. The good news is that there is a way to do it. Think of it this way: Major Premise: I can control my thoughts. Minor Premise: My feelings come from my thoughts. Conclusion: I can control my feelings by controlling my thoughts. If you are willing to change your thinking, you can change your feelings and if you change your feelings, you can change your actions.” What are you dreaming of and are you taking the actions necessary to live your dream?

James Allen began his book, “As a Man Thinketh,” with these words: “The aphorism, ‘As a man thinketh in his heart so is he,’ not only embraces the whole of a man’s being, but is so comprehensive as to reach out to every condition and circumstance of his life. A man is literally what he thinks, his character being the complete sum of all his thoughts. As the plant springs from, and could not be without, the seed, so every act of man springs from the hidden seeds of thought, and couldn’t have appeared without them. This applies equally to those acts called ‘spontaneous’ and ‘unpremeditated’ as to those which are deliberately executed.” So, what are you thinking? Want to become more successful in your AMSOIL business? More successful in approaching new markets? Better at communicating with others as to the benefits of AMSOIL products? Have you given it great thought? Sit down and do a little thinking. Once you possess a burning desire to succeed, you will be unstoppable! Good luck and good selling!

“Today’s gas has ethanol in it, which is a problem for engines. It binds with water and ends up causing gumming, carbon build-up and rough running. The solution: AMSOIL Quickshot. I always carry the quart-size in my truck. “I don’t have time to be putting additives in anything unless they work. Quickshot is like magic. It keeps my engine running smooth.” – Gary Parsons, Hall of Fame Angler with “The Next Bite.”
