It also boosts circulation,may reduce cellulite, and offers stress relief. Plus most of the dust (70-90%) in homes consists of dead skin cells, so regular body exfoliation will keep the dust down in your home!

Choose a dry skin brush with firm natural bristles, and brush once a day (in the tub or shower before you turn the water on) for optimal results.

You should use gentle pressure while brushing (toward your heart); your skin should be pink (but not red) after a session.

The Ultimate Orange Smoothie

Apricots and carrots are rich in beta carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A. Cinnamom helps with circulation and skin repair. Turmeric has antioxidants and antiinflammatory components while oranges contain vitamin C.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup ice cubes 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup grated carrots 1 tsp honey 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp tumeric 3 dried or fresh apricots chopped 1/2 cup orange juice

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a fresh slice of orange. To add an extra health benefit to the smoothie, brew some white tea and freeze it in an ice tray. Use these instead of plain ice cubes. White tea is also loaded with antioxidants and is believed to be anti-aging.
