Purpose-built 13 storey building that introduces a sophisticated and high-end design set to challenge the concept of affordable housing for London’s over 55s. Located next to the prestigious Lord’s Cricket Ground, the building provides world class standard of retirement living. The building is home to 170 new apartments to help residents stay social and active. Each home is specifically designed for both the lifestyle needs and aspirations of its residents with private balconies to each apartment.

BOWMER + KIRKLAND & INNOVARÉ: THAMES PARK SCHOOL IN GRAYS, ESSEX
Park School is a Secondary Free school for 900 pupils in Essex, delivered through the DfE’s Offsite Framework. Constructed using a hybrid approach of structural insulated panels, roof cassettes and pre-cast concrete floors. However, in collaboration with our offsite Supply Chain we have greatly enhanced the offsite elements of the building by installing pre-glazed windows, roof finishes and external cladding in the factory.
BRITISH OFFSITE: ABBEY QUAY, BARKING
Abbey Quay is a development of one, two and three-bedroom apartments in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham. Developed by Weston Homes in multiple phases, this 6-acre waterfront site will eventually accommodate 1,000 new homes. The build solution for the first phase of the project, comprising 223 new homes, has incorporated the use of both UNIpanel and UNIwall systems and involved the installation of 845 panel units (3,550 linear metres) and 700 wall units (2,940 linear metres).

Bullingdon Community Centre is a unique Hybrid building replacement for this well-loved community amenity in Lye Valley Oxford, designed with & for its local users. It’s a low energy, single-storey offsite-manufactured timber-framed building containing new halls, multi-use rooms, & other facilities, with landscaping and planting surrounding it. Extensive use of solar panels and an MVHR system minimises need for heating due to the highly insulated airtight fabric and “passive” detailing.

ID SYSTEMS UK: WALLYFORD STORMWATER PUMPING STATION
of a new housing development on behalf of a Developer Client (ELDL), we were engaged to deliver a fully off-site built Surface Water Pumping Station to provide appropriate drainage to prevent flooding risk to the St Cements Well, Wallyford development. The development has planning permission for the construction of 1,450 new homes, and included a new primary school, making it one of the largest residential developments in Scotland.
NG BAILEY: THE FORGE, LONDON
The Forge, London: the world’s first large-scale office building designed and constructed using a ‘kit of parts’ (KOP) solution, built on a Platform Design for Manufacture and Assembly (P-DfMA) structural frame. The 135,000ft2 development is over two nine-storey buildings. It will be the UK’s first net zero carbon commercial building. NG Bailey developed, manufactured, and installed the MEP KOP, emulating the benefits and productivity gains seen in offsite manufacturing over the last 20 years.

TILBURY DOUGLAS ENGINEERING: WALSALL MANOR HOSPITAL URGENT AND EMERGENCY CARE CENTRE
Construction of a new Urgent and Emergency Care Centre at Walsall Manor Hospital to replace the current building whose physical environment struggles to meet increasing patient flow demands. The new development, which has maximised MEP off-site engineering, incorporates a new emergency department with “front door” access to a new Urgent Treatment Centre and Paediatric Assessment Unit with the first floor accommodating a new Acute Medical Unit.

BRITISH OFFSITE: EDINBURGH WAY, HARLOW
Edinburgh Way is a collection of one, two and three-bedroom luxurious apartments in the centre of Harlow. The homes, developed by Weston Homes, are due for completion in July 2023 and the development is currently 75% reserved. The build solution incorporates the use of both UNIpanel and UNIwall systems and has involved the installation of 1478 panels (5,760 linear metres) and 702 walls (2,810 linear metres).
BROADLAND HOUSING ASSOCIATION, SIGMAT AND R G CARTER: CANARY QUAY, NORWICH
Canary Quay is a four-phased, light-gauge steel-framed development of 323 high specification riverside apartments on the River Wensum near the centre of Norwich. Phases 1-3 comprise 222 one and two-bedroom apartments in three separate developments which were completed in May 2021. The remaining 101 apartments of Phase 4 are planned to complete in December 2022. The development will contribute significantly to easing the pressure on housing waiting lists and will help those needing housing.
COLLIDA: COLLIDA LIVING PROTOTYPE HOMES, BRE INNOVATION PARK
Integrating R&D, digital technology, and modern methods of construction, Collida has designed and delivered the first steel framed residential buildings to achieve Passivhaus Plus standards. The two innovative prototype homes – located at the Building Research Establishment (BRE) Garston campus in Watford – are research led with a fabric first design approach and set the standard for the industry to follow.
EOS FRAMING: EDGAR WOOD ACADEMY – PRE-ASSEMBLED FRAMES (PAF)
Developed through the collaborative strength of Etex brands, EOS Framing, Siniat, Promat and FSi – Pre-Assembled Frames (PAF) are helping customers reduce risk and operate with more certainty and confidence at every stage of the construction journey. Wates Construction appointed EOS to custom design, engineer and manufacture an advanced light steel PAF infill system to ensure the new Edgar Wood Academy complies with the regulatory 70% PMV set within the DfE’s MMC framework agreement.

PORTSMOUTH INTERNATIONAL PORT - THRUBUILD® LOADBEARING SYSTEM
Leading provider of construction and infrastructure services Kier was commissioned to construct new border control buildings for Portsmouth International Port. EOS Framing was appointed to design, engineer and offsite manufacture an advanced Thrubuild® light steel loadbearing system for the project. This is not the first time the Thrubuild® system has been used to create ‘a building within a building’ but this type of highly sustainable approach does throw up some unusual challenges.

EOS FRAMING: SKY HOUSE – THRUBUILD LOADBEARING SYSTEM
Sky House is derived from the homes unique roof gardens and expansive glazing with unrivalled views from every level. Created by Architects CODA – the development aims to establish a close-knit neighbourhood centred around open spaces. Working with strategic partner light steel frame specialist EOS, CODA have embraced the best in offsite construction to produce a range of precisionengineered housing types that can be delivered to the highest quality on fast-track construction programmes.
FRAMECLAD: GLEDHOW LANE
A unique and technically challenging build on a tight site - Gledhow Lane is a project that tested the limits of Light Gauge Steel Frame design and provided some challenging and rewarding technical obstacles.
FUSION STEEL FRAMING: HOLBURNE PARK
Holburne Park is an ambitious £26m high-end residential development, offering villas, terraced houses, and apartments designed to combine classical aesthetics with the benefit of modern methods of construction and interior design. Located in the World Heritage city of Bath, the site provided 198 residences over a three-phase construction period. Fusion Steel Framing Ltd delivered the cold-rolled light steel framing system for the site, working alongside lead construction contractor Bect.
VISION MODULAR SYSTEMS AND MJH STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS: LEWISHAM EXCHANGE
Lewisham Exchange is a pair of towers, 20 and 35 stories tall, constructed using 18 and 33 stories of volumetric modules over a concrete transfer structure located adjacent to Lewisham DLR Station. 1251 modules were used in the construction of the buildings, installed on site over a 23-week period.
ZED PODS: ZERO-CARBON HOUSING DEVELOPMENT IN PARTNERSHIP WITH BROMLEY COUNCIL
Working with the Bromley Council, ZED PODS has designed & built an innovative, zero-carbon, social housing scheme in Bromley using steel framed modules. These self-contained high-quality homes are built above steel podiums and preserve 80% of existing parking. It is a pioneering, environmental and socially focused development providing 25 homes for vulnerable households. It is the first development in the borough after 40 years, and the first-of-its-kind in London.

Category: This category will reward the exemplar use of timber technology in a project across any UK construction sector. Including cross laminated timber (CLT), glulam, timber frame, SIPS and associated open and closed panel systems, the entrant will have used timber as a major factor in delivering quality, factory controlled, robust and sustainable offsite manufacture. Special attention will be given to material performance levels and any project should clearly demonstrate how cost-predictability, economy, accuracy, transportability, speed of installation and principles of lean manufacture have been achieved.

ADAM KNIBB ARCHITECTS: TARN MOOR
Tarn Moor’s brief was to create an environmentally sustainable 3 bedroom home that utilises the views. Our client is a climate change scientist and his environmental standpoint has steered the project towards achieving an eco-friendly home. These goals have driven the use of the glulam structure in addition to other environmentally sustainable materials such as reusing demolition waste, aggregate foundations, limecrete and local flint stone.
BEATTIE PASSIVE: BEATTIE PASSIVE PATENTED TIMBER FRAME BUILD SYSTEM
Beattie Passive are the experts in all things Passivhaus. Passivhaus is a ‘fabricfirst’ modern method of construction (MMC), which guarantees tremendous thermal performance by maximising airtightness and reducing thermal bridging. Constructed around a sustainable timber frame, Beattie Passive’s patented build system essentially eliminates heat loss to create buildings with extraordinary levels of energy efficiency and phenomenally low, or even net zero, carbon footprints.
GREENCORE CONSTRUCTION: SPRINGFIELD MEADOWS
Springfield Meadows is a project of 25 zero-carbon homes located in Southmoor, Oxfordshire. Benefitting from diverse shared outdoor spaces and private gardens, it consists of 9 affordable and 16 private houses. They are all beautiful, highperformance homes, which provide comfortable, low-carbon living, thanks to the use of our Biond Building System. All 25 homes are built to the same Passivhaus thermal performance standards.
MID GROUP: THE BLACK & WHITE BUILDING
Black and White is London’s tallest timber office building. Constructed using BauBuche; a stronger alternative to glulam and CLT, this new build scheme provides 45,000 sq ft of office and co-working space. The project involved highly complex logistical challenges, with a constrained site and extensive third-party consents, including party wall awards, right of light, crane oversailing and a BAPA. Built entirely from renewable source timber, it achieves net zero carbon in construction and use.
PARAMOUNT STRUCTURES: FUGGLES POCKET

Centre (PTC) in Harrogate is set up to support the wellbeing of the Police Family. During recent years the need for expansion of services was required to meet demand and changes in modern police work. Work was commissioned to add 2 extensions to the rear of the centre, these new treatment wings were to house an additional; 20 patients, 4 counselling rooms, 1 surgery room, 6 therapy rooms and various new meeting rooms for staff.

A mix of Gritstone and zinc to ground, first floor elevations and roof delivered a stunning contrast to this beautiful home.

The new Sports and Aquatics Centre (ESAC) at Eton College was built by GRAHAM & designed by Hopkins Architects and Cundall Engineers. It comprises a new 4 court multi-use sports hall, linked to a 25m long swimming pool hall by a central double height space that provides entrances to the venues and garden spaces, as well as natural viewing galleries for spectators. The hybrid structure uses Glulam portal frames, CLT roof slabs, Glulam /steel flitch elements and concrete walls.

Waverley Borough Council appointed Beattie Passive to design and build two new Haus4Two+ modular volumetric homes for the homeless using offsite technology systems. The homes were built in less than six weeks using the patented Beattie Passive build system to the Passivhaus standard, before being delivered by road and craned into position on the site of a former garage. Leading provider of construction and infrastructure services Kier was commissioned to construct new border control buildings for Portsmouth International Port. EOS Framing was appointed to design, engineer and offsite manufacture an advanced Thrubuild® light steel loadbearing system for the project. This was not the first time the Thrubuild® system had been used to create ‘a building within a building’ but this type of highly sustainable approach does throw up some unusual challenges.

KIER CONSTRUCTION: 10 LEWIS CUBITT SQUARE
10 Lewis Cubitt Square is a 250,000ft2 mixed-use commercial development built to CAT A fit-out, offering ten floors of open-plan office space. The double-height ground floor features a large retail unit and a four-storey 600-seat theatre extending into the basement. Over 65% of the project was manufactured offsite, including a complex steel frame and precast concrete floor units, a unique two layered precast concrete and unitised curtain walling facade, prefabricated MEP, and modular toilets.
MID GROUP: THE BLACK & WHITE BUILDING
Black and White is London’s tallest timber office building. Constructed using BauBuche; a stronger alternative to glulam and CLT, this scheme provides 45,000 sq ft of new office and co-working space. The project involved highly complex logistical challenges, with a constrained site and extensive third-party consents, including party wall awards, right of light, crane oversailing and a BAPA. Built entirely from renewable source timber, it achieved net zero carbon in construction and operation.

PCE Ltd has designed, manufactured and constructed a 14 storey HybriDfMA office building using offsite manufactured structural steel and precast concrete components together with in-situ reinforced concrete, forming the PCE Hybrid Frame System. The HybriDfMA framed building provides 92,000 sq. ft. of office space utilising PCE’s experience of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), Offsite engineering and providing as much Offsite construction as possible in a very busy city centre location.

The Lakeside Wing at Cardiff University Hospital was designed as a temporary surge facility to ensure sufficient capacity across the Health Board’s sites during the second wave of COVID-19 cases. The U-shaped, modular structure made possible with a £33m investment from the Welsh Government. The project is believed to signify the fastest ever delivery of a large building (under 10,000sqm) for clinical or education use across the UK, and considering its ratio of size to speed, is Darwin Group’s most efficient delivery ever.
STRIDE TREGLOWN: NHS NIGHTINGALE HOSPITAL EXETER
NHS Nightingale Hospital Exeter was conceived in April 2020 in response to the global COVID-19 pandemic. Under the most testing circumstances, the project team transformed a redundant retail unit into a 116-bed hospital in just 57 days. In 2021, the hospital was then transformed as part of the NHS National Accelerator Systems Programme to accelerate recovery of waiting lists. It now treats more than 2,000 patients a week across orthopaedic, ophthalmology, rheumatology, and diagnostic services.

CASAS INHAUS: MODULAR VILLA IN MALLORCA
The nine modules that shape this premium prefabricated villa travelled by truck on a ship between Valencia and the island of Mallorca. Casas inHAUS took care of the entire project of this modular house that blends in perfectly with its surroundings. A large garden with different levels, a swimming pool with solarium and ‘firepool’ and views of the Mediterranean and the mountains. On the roof, the solar panels are integrated into the roof, being completely invisible from the outside.

NEVO: 75 COLLECTIVE BATHROOMS FOR LOGISTIC CENTER IN OVIEDO, SPAIN
These modules are units as big as 26x13ft each that we have manufactured in our plant in Almería. These steel structure bathroom pods and other techical rooms are completely finished inside: cabins, lighting, sanitary equipment and installations were finished off-site before being delivered to the job site. Tarn Moor’s brief was to create an environmentally sustainable 3 bedroom home that utilises the views. Our client is a climate change scientist and his environmental standpoint has steered the project towards achieving an eco-friendly home. These goals have driven the use of the glulam structure in addition to other environmentally sustainable materials such as demolition waste foundations, limecrete and local flint stone.

A development of 217 luxurious one, two and three-bedroom apartments in Southend-on-Sea. Victoria Central, a development by Weston Homes, is spread across 14 floors and offers the best of both urban and coastal living. Completed in August 2022 within a timeframe of 143 weeks, the development is now over 95% sold. Having chosen a blend of hybrid technology, the project involved the manufacture and supply of 672 UNIpanels, equating to around 2,453 linear metres.

Newydd Housing Association’s ambition was to deliver a social housing development that would not only achieve architectural excellence in terms of aesthetic appeal but would also deliver outstanding levels of energy efficiency, with a low carbon footprint. The project at Cwrt Canna ticks all the boxes for a contemporary social housing scheme and then goes further still to achieve Passivhaus standards of build quality, thermal comfort and energy efficiency, while also cutting carbon emissions.

Boutique Modern is a Category 1 Modular Builder. In 2021 we constructed a 4-storey block of apartments for Social Housing in Eastbourne, on a small site occupied by derelict shops. The scheme was tendered with full planning for a traditionally constructed scheme which occupied over 85% of the site. Boutique Modern converted these plans to our modular system and undertook the role of Main Contractor and Lead Architect.
BROADLAND HOUSING ASSOCIATION, SIGMAT AND R G CARTER: CANARY QUAY, NORWICH
Canary Quay is a four-phased, light-gauge steel-framed (LGSF) development of 323 high specification one and two-bed riverside apartments built for Broadland Housing Association on the River Wensum near the centre of Norwich. Over half the apartments will be let as social and affordable housing, contributing significantly to easing the pressure on housing waiting lists and will help those needing housing.

The concept was piloted with Homes by Carlton in County Durham in 2019. In Jan 2021 we secured a 20,000 sq ft unit at Jade Business Park, Murton. In July 2021 a launch event attracted 100+ people & included tours of the Factory & Show home. Utilising the design concept & component parts onsite to create our first development. The first order was secured & in November the first homes left the Factory & travelled to the Thorpe Paddocks development for installation.
M-AR OFFSITE: BUSHELL WAY
There is an urgent need for good quality housing in Bromley. The new Bushell Way development posed an additional challenge, being situated on a 2,600m2 brownfield site in the middle of a residential area. MID GROUP: THE BOATYARD
This project is the biggest shared ownership scheme in Bristol, and will deliver a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with three commercial units and underground parking. We successfully navigated the challenges presented by the site; which was narrow and triangular, with a naturally steep topography, and bounded by the River Avon and the busy A4 road, through the use of offsite construction methods.

SHEDKM: GREENWICH BUILDS BATCH 1A
Batch 1a presents the first homes designed by shedkm for Greenwich Builds (Royal Borough of Greenwich). Batch 1a comprises 16 homes across four sites: Bowness Close; Strongbow Road; Pulteney Mews and Charles Folkard Mews and sits within a larger plan for the council which will see up to 750 homes built for social rent. shedkm have designed over 200 of the target number of homes, which will be located at various sites across the borough.
VOLUMETRIC™: HARINGEY
Alongside delivery partner Hill Group, we supplied 33 ModulHaus™ homes, manufactured offsite, to Haringey Council as part of an initiative to provide sustainable, energy-efficient homes for people experiencing homelessness. Manufactured in just nine weeks and installed in five days, the homes offer a robust solution to transitional social housing requirements. It is the first project in London to use ModulHaus™, working collaboratively to meet the council’s bespoke requirement and specifications.
ZED PODS: ZERO-CARBON HOUSING DEVELOPMENT IN PARTNERSHIP WITH BROMLEY COUNCIL
Working with the Bromley Council, ZED PODS has designed & built an innovative, zero-carbon, social housing scheme in Bromley using steel framed modules. These self-contained high-quality homes are built above steel podiums and preserve 80% of existing parking. It is a pioneering, environmental and socially focused development providing 25 homes for vulnerable households. It is the first development in the borough after 40 years, and the first-of-its-kind in London.

Tarn Moor’s brief was to create an environmentally sustainable 3 bedroom home that utilises the views. Our client is a climate change scientist and his environmental standpoint has steered the project towards achieving an eco-friendly home. These goals have driven the use of the glulam structure in addition to other environmentally sustainable materials such as demolition waste foundations, limecrete and local flint stone.
ALEC FRENCH ARCHITECTS: THE INNOVATION HUB, BBSP
Set over 3 floors taking advantage of views across the science park the Innovation Hub provides new office accommodation for new and expanding tenants at BBSP. Working closely with the Council providing additional space quickly was key to satisfying this demand at the science park. Off-site manufacture reduced procurement times and designs were developed based on modules to comfortably sit alongside the main Forum Building.

The £24m Thames Park School is a Secondary Free school for 900 pupils in Essex, delivered through the DfE’s Offsite Framework. Constructed using a hybrid approach of structural insulated panels, roof cassettes and pre-cast concrete floors. However, in collaboration with our offsite Supply Chain we have greatly enhanced the offsite elements of the building by installing pre-glazed windows, roof finishes and external cladding in the factory.

Situated alongside the Grand Union Canal in West London, The Gramophone Works comprises a mix of refurbished, extended and new-build contemporary office spaces. Retaining the existing concrete elements to the two-storey record factory allowed the project team to integrate the striking property into the historic and social fabric of the surrounding neighbourhood; while at the same time adopting advanced timber technology to help deliver a sustainable and healthy phased development.

Beattie Passive has recently used offsite technology to construct the UK’s first large-scale Passivhaus Plus ‘net zero’ development for homeless families in Cardiff. COLLIDA: COLLIDA LIVING PROTOTYPE HOMES, BRE INNOVATION PARK
Collida has collaborated with industry partners and the Building Research Establishment (BRE) to develop two innovative, highly sustainable prototype homes at the BRE Garston campus in Watford. As the first steel frame homes to reach Passivhaus Plus standard – achieving 0.2 air permeability, which is 25 times better than the Future Homes Standard – the prototypes are research led with a fabric first design approach, future proofing them against legislative changes on the journey to net zero.
ENGENUITI, KLH UK & ECD ARCHITECTS: THORNHILL PRIMARY SCHOOL
The building in Linmere, Houghton Regis, has expanded the school from a one-form to a three-form school. Sustainability is at the forefront of the design and subsequent operation. Passivhaus Standard has reduced its financial running costs and improved the thermal comfort and indoor air quality of the school community. The project followed the principles of the circular economy - with materials selected for their low embodied carbon, including CLT, the building’s primary structural material.
GREENCORE CONSTRUCTION: SPRINGFIELD MEADOWS
Springfield Meadows is a project of 25 zero-carbon homes located in Southmoor, Oxfordshire. Benefitting from diverse shared outdoor spaces and private gardens, it consists of 9 affordable and 16 private houses. They are all beautiful, highperformance homes, which provide comfortable, low-carbon living, thanks to the use of our Biond Building System. Canary Quay is a four-phased, steel-framed development of 323 high specification riverside, one and two-bed apartments on the River Wensum near the centre of Norwich. The client is Broadland Housing Association, and the development will contribute significantly to easing the pressure on housing waiting lists and will help those needing housing.
CROYDON COUNCIL: TIMEBRIDGE COMMUNITY CENTRE
This 2-storey purpose-built facility is an integral part of Croydon Council’s extensive regeneration programme for New Addington, one of the region’s most deprived neighbourhoods. Timebridge Centre is a central community hub offering access to education, health, career, and social support. Replacing the former Fieldway Family Centre, Timebridge Community Centre includes a nursery and community café, food bank, youth, and family centre as well as a number of variously sized spaces to hire.
MCDONALD’S: MCDONALD’S MARKET DRAYTON
The Market Drayton McDonald’s, which now acts as a blueprint for future restaurants around the country, has been designed to be net zero emissions standard in both construction and everyday operation – an industry first. It utilises the Algeco offsite construction system. Algeco was an integral part of the project team, utilising its modular solution which features a large number of incremental improvements that combine to make a huge difference in overall performance.

The project has been constructed to the Passivhaus Plus standard and is ‘net zero’ in terms of carbon emissions. Ferry Road is comprised of forty-eight apartments and two ancillary buildings. It is the largest fully demountable and relocatable Passivhaus Plus social housing development in Europe. The scheme delivers huge social, economic and environmental benefits.
BOUYGUES UK: THE RIVERSIDE
The Riverside at Canterbury symbolises Bouygues UK’s ambitions for offsite construction. This £115m mixed development included 491 student bedrooms, built with modular volumetric construction. We used shell and core construction for the residential and leisure sections. The 430 modules for the student rooms were manufactured in a dedicated factory in Morocco and shipped to the UK. They were designed, reviewed, and tracked virtually by the clients and project team using 3D technology.

Most recently we completed the third phase of works at Barking’s Greatfields School; Phase 2b, where we delivered continuous improvement on the first phases, at no extra cost, by working in conjunction with the whole team. We completed Phase 2b in 81 weeks, which was 3 months ahead of our contract programme. This was achieved by the use of vibro stone columns, which were installed very quickly and saved approximately 5 weeks as compared to piles.

Designed to protect the landscape and provide a rich range of spaces for learning and socialising, this new senior school building combines offsite construction and cross-laminated-timber with a collaborative digital approach. This significantly reduced construction time and disruption to the ongoing life of the school, whilst being exceptionally sustainable and creating bright open spaces and a warm, welcoming feel.
MJH STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS: LEWISHAM EXCHANGE
Lewisham Exchange is a pair of towers, 20 and 35 stories tall, constructed using 18 and 33 stories of volumetric modules over a concrete transfer structure located adjacent to Lewisham DLR Station. 1251 modules were used in the construction of the buildings, installed on site over a 23-week period.
PARAMOUNT STRUCTURES: FALCON HOUSE
The aim was to create an upside-down house using CLT to create two cabins that merged with the surrounding area and provided an energy efficient and striking design through its 45 degree offset layout. The concept of the upside-down home intends to maximise the views of the surrounding nature from the living spaces. The upper floor creates the feeling of living within the trees, whilst the lower floor was designed to accommodate more intimate and cosy spaces.

The new Sports and Aquatics Centre (ESAC) at Eton College was built by GRAHAM & designed by Hopkins Architects and Cundall Engineers. It comprises a new 4 court multi-use sports hall, linked to a 25m long swimming pool hall by a central double height space that provides entrances to the venues and garden spaces, as well as natural viewing galleries for spectators. The hybrid structure uses Glulam portal frames, CLT roof slabs, Glulam /steel flitch elements and concrete walls.
