Thank you for your enquiry regarding Holiday accommodation we now have pleasure in enclosing our current list of properties. If you wish to reserve a property, please complete the enclosed booking form and send it with your deposit of £80 PER WEEK AND THE BOOKING FEE OF £30 PER WEEK, TOTAL £110 PER WEEK. We also require a refundable Security Bond of £100, paid separately, with your final payment, to cover the cost of any damage, breakages or cleaning, which will be deducted before its return should it be necessary. We would suggest that a telephone reservation would ensure that you are able to reserve the dates and the property you require for up to seven days. Thank you once again for your interest. Gillian & Colin Nolson GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING ALL PROPERTIES They are fully equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday. Please check the suitability of a property for anyone with a disability, as they are not adapted for the disabled. There is an extra charge for Bed Linen & Towels which is available from our hire service along with Cots, High Chairs and Z Beds should they be needed these items can be ordered when sending your final payment. However if you prefer to bring your own linen, please be aware that all beds have Duvets & Pillows (Cot Linen is not available) Pets are allowed at certain properties strictly by arrangement at a charge of £15 per pet, please refer to property specification. We ask that if you are bringing a pet to ensure that they will have had all the necessary flea treatment so as not to cause any problems for the following tenants. Thank you. Occupation commences between 2pm and 4pm on the day of arrival and the property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, to allow time for servicing ready for the next tenants.
