E&Y Regatta Dinner - Saturday 3 July 2004 Firstly, it was good to meet you when we came to Cowes on Saturday 3rd July. The work you and your team put in to making Our Regatta a success is very much appreciated. Your "girls" worked very hard and were extremely well organised providing a very cheerful and prompt service - a credit to you. The food was excellent and very well presented and I have received positive feedback from our crews to that effect.

I really feel as though the event ran very well this year - I was led to believe that it did last year, but it certainly didn't feel like that whereas this year I think everything ran smoothly and it was a very enjoyable occasion.

Despite the unfortunate incident on the water - I have approval from the partners at Ernst & Young to arrange the 2005 Regatta and would be grateful if you would confirm availability for 2 July 2005.

I very much hope we will have the opportunity to work together on the 2005 Regatta.

Thank you for sending me your bill which I hope has by now been paid, if this is not the case, do please contact me.

Dear Andy and John Re: UBS Oyster Regatta - Caribbean Party Many thanks indeed to you and your team for making our Caribbean party and barbecue such a success. We probably couldn't have picked a worse day, weatherwise, if we had tried, but somehow that only seemed to enhance the event and made everyone determined to enjoy it.

The food was delicious and very authentic - thank you for making the effort to come up with a special menu for us - I personally feel it made all the difference.

I hope Cowes Week is a success for you - I can't imagine how you begin to deal with such big numbers for so many events all in one week!

Again, many thanks for your help in organising a fantastic evening. We will be back in 2006 - dates to be announced.
