WHAT TO WATCH FOR

• Army is 7-0 for the first time since 1996, which was also the same year as their lone Independence Bowl appearance.
21 ARMY WEST POINT
The Black Knights lead the country in rushing at 359.1 yards per game – 85 more than Boise State in second. QB Bryson Daily is 11th in the nation with 909 rushing yards and leads the nation with 19 TDs.
• Army also has one of the best rushing defenses in the FBS – allowing 79.6 yards per game (3rd-fewest in the country). They face an Air Force offense that averages 194.7 on the ground, but they rank 133rd in points scored (15.6 per game).

• A battle of two teams that are looking to right the ship and get bowl eligible by winning three of their last four games. UCF started the season 3-0 before losing five straight. Arizona has lost their last four after a Sept. 28 win vs. Utah.
• Arizona ranks 40th in the country in passing (260.3 yards per game), while UCF ranks 4th in rushing (267.9 yards per game).
• Cats WR Tetairoa McMillan is up to 3rd in the FBS in receiving yards (982).
• UCF RB RJ Harvey is 3rd in the country in rushing yards (1,017).

Arizona State is looking to gain bowl eligibility with a win – one season after going 3-9 in HC Kenny Dillingham's first year.
• ASU QB Sam Leavitt missed their last game but should be back this weekend. He has 1166 yards passing, 279 yards rushing, 12 total TDs and 4 INTs this season. The Sun Devils rank 19th in rushing in the country (208.3 per game). RB Cam Skattebo is 13th in the FBS with 848 yards on the ground.
• Oklahoma State is 0-5 in Big 12 play so far and has lost five straight. They need to go on a run to extend the country's 6th longest bowl streak to 19.

• Memphis has won four straight since a Sept. 21 loss to Navy.
• UTSA held a 42-17 lead vs. Tulsa last week trying to move to .500 but fell 46-45. UTSA QB Owen McCown is 16th in the nation in passing with 2,084 yards. He has 16 TDs and 4 INTs.
• Memphis QB Seth Henigan is 18th in the country with 2,078 yards to go with 12 TDs and 4 INTs.
• The Roadrunners allow 32.1 points per game (115th in FBS), while Memphis allows 20.9 (35th). Outside of Memphis' loss to Navy (56 points allowed) and win vs. North Texas (44), they have allowed 11.2 per game in their other six contests.

• UCLA is coming off of a bye week after their biggest win of the season – a 35-32 road win over Rutgers.
• The Bruins have the worst rushing offense in the country statistically (averaging 64.6 rushing yards per game), but QB Ethan Garbers has been playing good football. He has passed for over 280 yards in three of his last four games – including a 383-yard and 4 TD explosion against Rutgers. Nebraska has lost two in a row, but they took No. 4 Ohio State to the wire last week, falling 21-17 on a TD with six minutes left in the game.

A pair of 4-4 teams that are looking to pull within one win of a bowl game.
• This is a matchup of the nation's 16th-best passing offense (USC) vs. the top passing defense (Washington). USC averages 291 passing yards per game, while Washington is allowing just 123 yards.
• Two QBs in this game in the top 30 in passing. USC's Miller Moss is 11th with 2,262 passing yards. Washington's Will Rogers is 26th with 2,022.
• Rogers' former Mississippi State teammate, nowUSC RB Woody Marks, has 755 rushing yards (23rd in the nation), 232 receiving yards and 8 TDs.

BOWL WEEK SCHEDULE RELEASED
The 2024 Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl is right around the corner, which means the family events and entertainment that fill Bowl Week are quickly approaching!
With the 48th Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl on Saturday, December 28 at 8:15 p.m., Bowl Week kicks off on Thursday, December 26. Bowl Week will feature fun events for local and traveling fans of all ages – providing good times for all. The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Breakfast will kick off the event schedule on Thursday morning, December 26. The headline event of Bowl Week is the Rally on the Red, brought to you by Cardinaux Wealth Advisors and Heard, McElroy & Vestal, on Friday night, December 27. The Bowl Week events schedule will conclude on game day, Saturday, December 28, with Coca-Cola Fan Fest leading fans into the big game.
