The REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) is a real estate trade association based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. We have two important mandates: to promote the collective interests of our over 3,000 licensed members and champion property ownership by consumers. Complacency is not part of our culture, since we strive to continuously improve to meet the changing needs of our members and stakeholders.

RAHB’s Vision, Mission, Values, Goals and Core Competencies guide the organization’s Board of Directors and staff in serving our members.

Strategic objectives are achieved by defining goals and executing strategies to achieve those goals. RAHB’s Board of Directors has agreed that the following strategies are most important to help support the success of our members. RAHB’s goals and strategies will be periodically revisited and updated to address the evolving needs of our members.

Core competencies are RAHB’s key defining strengths and provide the foundation from which the association delivers value to members. Service Delivery Model RAHB has a robust service delivery model that we refer to as MDSEE. This acronym stands for Member Development, Service, Engagement and Enablement, and encompasses everything the association does across all departments and services to fulfill our mission.
