The Conference platform The RIA Annual Conference 2020 will be hosted on CrowdComms. There are many reasons why we selected this particular platform, the main ones being: • Its user-friendliness and easy navigation – you will know exactly where to be when and how to access it. • Its one-to-one networking option – reach out to old friends and new colleagues for a face-to-face chat, just like you would at an in-person event. • Its ability to let you watch live or on demand – all sessions will be streamed live and remain available to delegates for 10 days post event. • Its live Q&A sessions – meaning our audience can get involved and have their say on today’s burning issues facing the UK rail industry. • And the fact that – in the unlikely event of a technical issue – we will have a helpdesk manned by real people at the conference. The RIA Annual Conference 2020 platform will go live at the end of October when registered delegates will be able to familiarise themselves with the layout, take a look at the programme and put together their personal agenda of sessions they want to attend live or on demand.
