INCOME OPPORTUNITY This is an excellent cattle operation, ready for its new owner to take over. The improvements were made with efficiency, low manpower, and high cattle traffic in mind to maximize the profit potential. Utilizing the natural terrain allows the use of minimal manpower to gather the animals into the handling pens. The natural terrain has been enhanced with water sources to encourage the cattle to follow the trail to the livestock handling facilities.
